My mother in law has used Ice Cold twice now for issues with her car, and had an excellent experience both times. The people we dealt with were extremely nice, the work was done promptly, and they even drove us home and then picked us up when the car was done. Their prices seemed very fair, and they did not try to push unnecessary services.

I had my a/c checked and they thought it was the compressor but after taking it to Love Honda it was something else and they reimbursed me the amount I paid for the A/C check.

I took my daughters CRV 2020 to Love Honda and they told me repair was going to be $529. I drove to Ice Cold Air and they had a sign that said FREE AIR CHECK in bright red over their garage. I had also called and Barnett told me I could have it looked at the same day so I headed there to get it checked. I walked in greeted nicely and then was told it would be $143 to put dye in the air to see the problem but I guess it wasn't free. Then I was told because of the EF system it would be $349 plus tax. I was sure stuck and 1 1/2 hours later I was told the compressor was frozen. It was going to be $2,200 to fix but they would deduct the $380.14 I paid for the so called FREE AIRCHECK. Needless to say I was just getting a second opinion but took CRV back to Love Honda and got the a/c fixed and found out it was the climate control wire. They repaired the wire and my daughter has cold air now. I'm leaving and my phone rings it is the owner Adriene the owner calls my cell phone about my yelp review. He tells me on the phone that he feels bad about the misdiagnosis and would like to compensate what I paid for the repair at Love Honda and the $380.14 I spent at his shop. I am elated and excited that there are real businesses who do the right thing........But are you hanging on the edge of your seat????? I have been checking my bank and NO MONEY has refunded so I guess his word is as good as the shop he owns and the sign that says FREE AIR CHECK!!!! It is a shame that some car places really take advantage of people so BEWARE and if they tell you something is FREE, and also they will refund the money, and then ask you to change your review. I am so glad I didn't.

This review comes with all honesty and we couldn’t be more thrilled and thankful for this team over here! We are van travelers that were passing by crystal springs area and unfortunately our A/c compressor got busted from a previous situation. Tiffany up front was an absolute angel, answered any questions we had & beyond and made us feel so safe and welcomed. Wayne was incredible, very knowledgeable, caring and hard working. For real! He took care of everything we needed on the spot. Couldn’t ask for a better price and got our van in the shop within the blink of an eye. Our van was back up and running 4 hours later, same day and we were back on our travels better than ever!! Recommend this place to anyone in need!!

So I Went in and wanted my check engine light issues fixed and to make sure my car was ok because I was smelling burning. They mentioned that my thermostat needed to be swapped and that they would let me know when a part for the car would come in. Told me my suspension was worn and I should have it done. Unexpectedly left spending almost $2000 for what I asked for and then some.I followed up with them and still never got answers about the part they told me they ordered. They told me they would call me and now here we are…. consecutive months later…..and still no call.Now I live an hour away and couldn’t be bothered to dealing with any of it. Steer clear of businesses that don’t follow up with customers after they pay.Highway robbery.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I was nervous about getting my car fixed and being that my car is older it makes me even nervous. But this place is none like I've ever seen, they're very patient, as I have so many questions and the owner and the technician never made me feel like I'm bothering them and always took the time to explain to me what they honestly thought.I asked if they think I'd need to get anything else fixed or done, and at most places they would have suggested something else for me to fix, but Rick simply said, the engine sounds like it's running fine, nothing would need fixing now. This is truly an honest shop with great service and kind folks. Thank you guys and I'll definitely be coming back for my other needs. -Ivan

Unfortunately, my experience here was the absolute worst I've ever had...bar none. Called and scheduled oil change for this afternoon. This was my first (and now last) time to use ice cold air. Pulled into parking lot. No signs, directions, etc, but there are what look like chain link barriers preventing a car from entering stalls from one side. So I drove around to the other side of the car stall. Parked. Got out and asked an employee if it was ok to leave my car here, but instead of the employee who I asked to answer, another man who was entering the office made a nasty and condescending remark as if I was complete fool for not knowing what to do...again, my first time, no signs, no directions, nothing. So I park and walk in office. I get to the desk and the rude condescending man (late 50's or early-mid 60's, slim, bald, glasses) was on phone so lady asked to help me. I said, "I think he's upset about me not knowing the procedure for service here". He snapped and made nasty comment and told me to get out and go somewhere else. I happily left. I will share with everyone I come into contact with my horrible experience at ice cold air. I hope this helps someone... P.s. full disclosure... I was 3 minutes late, however, I did call to let them know and the lady on phone said "no problem".

We got our air conditioner fixed for 1700 dollars.Our air conditioner is working fine .Our check engine light was on they replaced the purge filter.We had to take our car back for the same issue the next day.They said they overnighted a purge filter from Hyundai.So they replaced the purge filter again.Our check engine light came back on so we took it to Hyundai in Ocala once again they had to replace the purge filter.This all in 2 to 3 months .Not very happy Cindy Watson

This was my first time here, based on reviews it seemed like a good place to go. Well I'm glad I did, they were super friendly and quick to make a spot for me in their schedule especially when I told them I was leaving town at the end of the week. I needed my AC replaced, the whole system pretty much is what 2 other shops told me, this shop agreed after looking but helped make sure I stayed within my budget. I called Monday, dropped my vehicle Tuesday and got it back Wednesday. My AC is super cold and my car was left the way I had it when I dropped it. You couldn't tell anyone had been in my car which was not the experience I've had at other shops. I will be going here for future needs, super friendly, budget conscious, quick and reliable. Thank you!!!
