I walked in to see if I could get an appointment, for a full set, and they took me right away. Only one lady getting a pedicure, right then I picked out my dark purple gel polish. The gentleman there started my procedure. When it came time for polish, one hand was painted and it looked blue. I told them that. They said no it’s purple. When I’m completely done, I said it still looks blue and they said it will be purple outside. I kept saying it’s blue when I get up to pay, I went to the color that I picked out and compared what I picked out and what was on my nails I even asked another lady that came in if she thought my nails were blue or purple, she said blue also. I did not want Christmas colors typically green or blue or red. I wanted royal purple! I did not get what I paid for. I always say you get what you paid for, but not in this instance the job he did on my Nails was a good job. He was quick and efficient. I’m just not satisfied. I don’t live here so since I had the day and they were close, I decided to use them. After she ran my card to pay, ( she asked if I wanted to add a tip!!!) and showed them the difference in the colors, the lady pointed out that the color I picked had black underneath the purple on the model nail. That Is what I wanted!!!
Then they spoke Vietnamese to each other, and then told me he would fix for me! I told the NO!!
Also, No cuticle oil added, after either. The picture shows how dry my skin is around my nails. The gentleman said he’s been doing nails for 30 years, and at the same location for 20. I’m sure they have a lot of regulars that keep them satisfied. Just not this one. Merry Christmas ??!! this is what I did for myself for my birthday today. Didn’t get what paid for .. $50 full set.. KNails in Crystal River !! Good Luck!!

Loved my experience, super friendly staff. My toes look great and I felt great the whole time. It has a homey mom and pop kinda feel. Absolutely loved it.

Too expensive for what you get, Was told they could do ombré nails and could not do what i asked for after saying that they could . Gel on the nails came off two hours after leaving the spa. Place was the most unsanitary nail spa i’ve ever been to as well. If i could leave 0 stars i would . Would not recommend ever coming here to get your nails done .

Traveling through the area and needed to get my nails done. I went from the google rating and reviews. I was very happy with my nails, and I’m very picky. I would definitely recommend this place.

Made an appointment that I had to cancel due to illness. When I called to cancel, I asked for a new appointment one week later. The woman at the business told me she couldn’t schedule out that far and I would have to call back within a “few days” of when I wanted an appointment. She was rude and snarky so I decided I would not be calling back. The location was the salon in Ocala, not Crystal River.

Kathy at K-Nails is amazing she saved me from a lot of suffering. I was in horrific pain from ingrown toenails. My podiatrist did not help but Kathy at K-nails rescued me from horrible suffering. I genuinely hobbled in and walked out pain free.
