They sold me an electric wheelchair less than a year ago. The battery has died and I have asked them to sell me another.
They responded that they don’t remember which battery I needed. He was going to get in touch with the other store to see if they knew. No word from either store.
As I mentioned - I’ve had it for less than a year and they are providing no help.
Be afraid, be very afraid if you plan to deal with them.

Veterans Bewhere! VA suggested that I let this company do the needed work to my mobility scooter. After arranging for pick up, it was supposed to be 3 days of repair and then returned to me. Well, 3 weeks later, I get it back with the wrong seat and no charger! I have a prescribed seat, and this was after I made them fully aware.
So, I called to explain the mistakes, a man answered and told me the VA ordered the parts, like their company had nothing to do with identifying the part needed, and that he would only be my secretary for one e-mail! Meaning to tell them there was a mistake. They got their contract/paid and were just fine with mistreating their VA costumers. As a Band of Brothers member, I will never do business with them again, report their actions to the VA to have them removed as a trusted provider, enter a complaint with VA advocacy, and open a small claim for my charger. They need to close.

I was looking for a recliner/lift chair for my mother. I went to 3 furniture stores and My Mobility. My Mobility's price was mid-range, the warranty was by far the best, and they deliver AND take away the old chair. Kenny really knows his products. Highly recommend.

I took my scooter to "My Mobility Medical Crystal River". The owner there told me that my scooter could not be repaired, and that I needed a new one. So, I bought a used scooter from him, and put my old scooter into our garage. When I traveled through Gainesville awhile later, I saw a scooter shop that repairs scooters. That shop came to my house in Inverness, picked up that scooter and in 1 day completely repaired it for a charge of $175.00. delivered to my house. He said it was a very easy repair to do. I can only say that, "My Mobility Medical Crystal River" located in The Shoppes of Crystal River can not be trusted, and it is my opinion that they are very dishonest. Do not trust them, there are far better and cheaper mobility shops around. I recommend Eagle Medical services, Inc on Archer rd. in Gainesville.
