Asked ic they had more seaweed salad and told yes but staff didn’t want to go back and put anymore out. On May 9 asked if rotisserie chickens were done. Told yes but the staff that puts them out was busy and could try back in half an hour. Definitely not customer service oriented.

This has got to be the most unorganized pharmacy. I have been app here 3 × 2day. Because every time I call and ask if my medicine is ready, they say yes, but then can't find it when I actually physically get there. So I'm on my third trip. This is absolutely ridiculous.And it is like this every single time I try to give them the benefit of the doubt.But this is my last time coming to this pharmacy

I will always use this publix, not only cause it's close to home.. but the staff are the best, I mean beyond words the best.
They're so helpful, and do evening in their power to get the best price for you.
I can never thank them enough for all they've done for me and my kids.

I must say, usually go into a pharmacy is not a very good experience but, the girls at work here are always super sweet and extremely fast. I’ve always been shocked by how quick they get my orders finished and they do it with a smile. Have to give it a good shout out to them. Thank you.

To whom it may be helpful to,Apparently i got them in trouble in their own words! Their explanation was I didn’t use there pharmacy and went to a different pharmacy. When they told me to fill it at a location that had it because they were out of that medication! Then I went back to Publix pharmacy when they did have the medication everything was normal for months then out of no where they can no longer fill my medication? For doing what I was told. I was being patient and a loyal customer! After going weeks without my medication waiting when all along they had it right there filling others with the same medicine. They get to play God with your life! 2 seizures and 42 stitches later and mealy bit my own tongue off! Who do I thank for that. Now there telling me it was others that got them in trouble they can’t even be honest in good faith it’s our health between the doctor and the patient since when do they get to make decisions on your doctors orders! my doctor is not too happy about it either.Respectfully Mr. Mayer

Used to be OK, at least just slightly below average. Going south fast. Among other things, if you don't know what Bridge Access Program is then look it up, ask CDC, and/or read the news (hope there's someone over there who knows how to read).

This Publix store deserves 5 stars all day long. Especially the pharmacy. To bad more people don't appreciate the staff and treat them like garbage. If it wasn't for people in this I dustry we would have starved to death.

signs says "walk in" covid vaccine available as I enter the store at 2:15. I am told I have to wait until 6:45 even though they have not given one vaccine since I arrived. This system does not work.

I usually have very positive shopping experiences here. But today, the deli had numerous people working and sadly more interested in talking to each other, than waiting on the several people at their counter . One person was mopping , another maybe preparing online orders , another just interesting in talking, and not one person helping the ppl in line (for several minutes). I finally put my number in the trash and walked away. There needs to be a better system at your deli . The one in citrus hills has some of the same issues. It's frustrating as a loyal customer. But you are the only store I will ever shop at for numerous other positive reasons .
