Go somewhere else! Technician Jennifer was horrible. On her first attempt she failed on drawing blood after multiple repositions of the needle. Then instead of putting a pressure bandage at the site she slapped just a plain purple bandaid resulting in a large hematoma.She then COUGHED into her gloved hand and proceeded to another draw without changing her gloves!I should have walked out of the room at that time and am mad at myself for not doing so.So I left the office having an UNHYGIENIC blood draw, hematoma and all by an unprofessional technician with an abysmal attitude.

I was immediately seen by Deborah. She took care very good care of me. She went above and beyond to meet and exceed my needs. Thank you so so much! Very neat clean facility as well.

Tia was very professional. She was comforting, thorough, and very pleasant. Each time she draws my blood leaves me wanting to go back. Whatever their paying her, it's NOT ENOUGH! She is definitely an asset to that company.

I am over coming to this place! They can’t even start a conversation with hello! Does everyone hate their job here??? You don’t deserve the ONE star that I am forced to give you in this review - which shame on me - should have been a warning to others 2 visits ago!I moved to Crystal River from Brooksville/Weeki Wachee, my doctor sends in an electronic script…I have been here 3 times and you are 3 for 3 the worst lab I have ever been to. GET A PIECE OF PAPER…PUT A NOTE ON THE DOOR, “OUR SYSTEMS ARE DOWN, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PAPER SCRIPT to be seen today!”DO NOT make people wait almost 20-30 minutes while fasting (among other tests)… Then RUDELY turn them away!This is 2023…I am not driving to my doctors office 40 minutes away for a paper script when we live in an electronic script universe!I hope you feel my anger in my review! Stop wasting peoples time!MAKE A NOTE! ???

The tech deberha I hope I spelled it right..was absolutely awesome ?..took my blood in 1 try ?? but what was new to me was no receptionist just a big azz t.v. ? kinda neat!!

Very rude receptionist come out and said walk in may not been seen so I called my employer to let them know then she comes back out and says I will be seen instead very rudely

There are no receptionists, when you walk in you place your license on a touch screen kiosk type thing to get signed in. There are also no public bathrooms in the waiting area. Both phlebotomists were super nice and helpful on the day I was there!!

I came here to draw blood for me and my 2 kids. To make an appointment is quick and easy the facility is clean and the phlebotomists were knowledgeable ,I have the worst veins and so do my babies and we were all poked once and I was very grateful for Sharon and second time was Jennifer and she also got a vein quickly. Thank you so much for being patient and gentle with us! Definitely recommend!

I came to this location (although it's a Lil further than my current location) after having had continually unfavorable experiences at my nearby location. I was pleasantly surprised, appointment was easy to book and the location was clean. The phlebotomy technician that took care of me was friendly, professional and more important compassionate and gentle. There were no issues, no pain and NO bruising, unlike the location near my home, every time I used my home location there is considerable pain, bruising (that lasts for weeks) and big knots/ bumps underneath my skin at the injection site. Needless to say I will be using this location going forward. My personal experience at this location has so far been without any complaints.

Revising my review to change from a 1-star to a 5-star review.The door I mentioned in my original review has apparently been repaired repeatedly and I've just had the bad luck of going when it has been in its broken state. Why does it break so often? It would seem that the patients who go to this office do not operate it appropriately. You do not kick it or punch the panel. You should press it, with your hand, like a button. Pretty simple. SMDHIt seems my original 1-star review is about the patients who go here, not a reflection of Quest or it's employees.Original review below:I bring someone here regularly for routine labs and have for over a year. They are in a wheelchair. The outside automated door has *never* worked (push the handicapped button, door opens). Really expected better of a medical provider.

Janet is amazing!! After 27+years of MS my veins have been damaged greatly due to medication treatments, making blood draws a nightmare. It is more common than not for me to get 3 sticks, each with a bit of "digging", 2 to 3 phlebotomist before success. Janet got me first time, no digging. This is made my entire day!! She is also very pleasant to speak with during the draw.
