I have had an excellent rapport with everyone that I have dealt with at this branch for at least twelve years. The Tellers are always cordial and polite and conduct my business quickly. When I have dealt with a Bank officer, she worked with me in a friendly manner and brought my business to a welcome outcome. I, at times, have been SOOOO frustrated with Regions on not being able to get my money without scheduling it a week in advance and their loopholes (mostly frustrated with the Gonzales , LA Branch, bad experiences) but I stay with them because Scott Warg Branch Manager at the Crystal River Branch in FL is AMAZING. He has helped me so many times with answers to questions, etc. I am no longer in Florida and I still email him for help. He has always been very patient and kind! He even calls me to discuss, if needed. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was very impressed with Matt. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and likable. I was looking for a new bank as I have been unhappy with Bank of America for some time and halfway through my meeting with Matt I decided to move pretty much all of my money to Regions. Tremendous customer service.

I do a lot of traveling for work and need small bills for my stores constantly. I've been to every branch in citrus and this one is by far the best.All of the employees here have helped me at least once, they've all been great and I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes. Lucy has helped me the most and she is the best! She is so friendly, has great customer service and is very helpful with everything.

Im a new customer and anytime I deposit money into my account and ask for some cash, I'm told a different amount that I'm allowed. Just yesterday I was told I could get funds after midnight after depositing $800 .When I checked my balance, my account said zero.It's my money. Bottom. Line. I should be able to get what I need without the word "no" coming from any teller!
