I do a lot of traveling for work and need small bills for my stores constantly. I've been to every branch in citrus and this one is by far the best.All of the employees here have helped me at least once, they've all been great and I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes. Lucy has helped me the most and she is the best! She is so friendly, has great customer service and is very helpful with everything.

Im a new customer and anytime I deposit money into my account and ask for some cash, I'm told a different amount that I'm allowed. Just yesterday I was told I could get funds after midnight after depositing $800 .When I checked my balance, my account said zero.It's my money. Bottom. Line. I should be able to get what I need without the word "no" coming from any teller!

I moved to this bank because I had issue with the credit union I was with. Since the move I have nothing but issues with your company. I have been through 4 cards my bank has been over drafted 3 times and charged overdraft fees. company has been unhelpful and I plan on changing banks again I want a resolution or you will be losing a customer which I know your company doesn't care but you should since you have a 2.9 rating . I wouldn't recommend anyone to you guys. Bank of America is also horrible but they have to be better than your company

I have done Bussiness with US, European, South American, and Mexican Banks. Regions Bank local, and corporate employs the most uninformed, terse, lazy and all around irritating people I have ever encountered. Their system is designed to cater to the whims of employee with no regard for their customers. if you are thinking of using a regions bank for transferring funds or accepting payments to your account then good luck with that. I once happened to be near the Crystal River Florida branch and discovered a teller in one of the darkened offices fast asleep. When I attempted to report the incident I ran into a flurry of questions obviously designed to make me go away. Which I did. If these folks handle our money the way they do bussiness then the banking commission, and the FBI should conduct a thorough audit/investigation. They are so unconcerned with providing good service that they must be receiving funds for laundering money or some other illegal activity. Yeah I know, the Federal reserve insures your money, up to 100K$ if the bank fails but it takes forever to get it and the feds do nothing if your funds just got astray. Never thought I would say this but you would do better to go with Wells Fargo. At least hey got caught and are being monitored.

Do Not Use....they charge you for depositing cash into your own account . $.20 fee per $100. Without verbal warning, they debited money out of our account

Deposited a large check from my own account drawn from another local bank which they put 1/3 on hold for one day and put the other 2/3 on hold for eight days. Eight days is excessive in the banking world where we all know things are done hyperfast via computers. I looked the next day and the check had already cleared my other account. Called the bank and spoke with Asst. Mgr, Vicki who was very snippy. I received the "standard procedure" speech and that they weren't even allowed to call another bank to see if the funds have cleared, but she was going to do me a "favor" and check. If this is standard operating procedure, I won't be banking here for much longer.
