My husband purchased poser paste for my son on 11/4 to use for his concert. Unfortunately it was not what we needed so I took it in on Sunday 11/6 to return but was talked into an exchange. I purchased $75.23 in a nail dip kit and paid $59.34 after my exchange (the difference). Unfortunately the nail kit came with an LED lamp that was nothing more than a toy and didn’t work. When I went into the store today 11/7 to return it and just get my total monies back I was told I would only get the $59.34 back because it was “all I paid”. I expected this was just a miscommunication and confusion. So I insisted I had returned both purchases so I was entitled to the total $75.23 back. I was continually told I had already received the $15.89 exchange item “off” my purchase price, like a discount she said. Things got heated when the store manager, presumably, called corporate who also insisted I had already received my refund. Another worker came over and kind of snarkily agreed with the manager and pursed her lips at me. Feeling annoyed and having a hard time understanding why basic mathematics was this difficult for a store manager, I lamented and gave up. As she processed my $59.34 refund, the computer then proceeded to give me my $15.89 refund separately, to which the store manager said “It’s never done that before”…. My concern is not as much for how poorly I was treated but that this simple concept was dismissed and that the store manager didn’t know the refund would be given separately. Instead she chose to argue with me for 10 minutes about how I somehow had magically already received my refund, when I was right all along. Train your people better!

Awesome customer service and really knowledgeable and friendly staff. I wish I had caught the clerks name when I went there this weekend, It's been several years since I have done anything with my hair other than put red dye on it. I have been wanting a change but was a little scared, the clerk helped me find everything I needed, lightener, pre color treatment, after color treatment, booster etc, the whole nine. My hair turned out even better than I'd hoped for and I love it! My hair also suffered minimal damage because she recommended a cream lightener (I didn't know that existed) and a sensitive scalp developer and helped me find the right protein treatment. She was very patient and not pushy and I can not say enough good about my experience. My hair was very dark red and it turned out exactly the color of the swatch for the dye I picked.

If you are looking for pleasant shopping experience, this is it. I don't often get to do a review that is so positive that there aren't enough stars.Michael was courteous and attentive. He asked me within a minute of arriving if i needed help with anything. Then made his rounds through the store and i heard him conversing with other customers. In a couple minutes he came back to me and was supportive and very helpful in giving me the courage to purchase self piercing earrings. He had a positive can do attitude and made me feel comfortable in knowing i could do this easy by myself. This is above and beyond customer service that i haven't seen in quite some time. 10 stars Michael. You win!PS...ears done. 4 holes re-done and im so happy i can wear my earrings again. Thank you and i will be back again!
