“What a great starting experience.... Greeted with a big smile by Steve and all the information I could need.. it's clean and secure looking and I am really glad this is a storage facility I chose ... “I’ve been with IStorage since moving to the area, and I have to say, the experience in the beginning was wonderful. The prices were amazing, and it truly had that welcoming, family-like feeling. After IStorage was purchased by Public Storage, there were definitely some changes, and there are certain things about the new company that I haven’t been particularly happy with. However, Katherine has made up for that over and over again with her incredible customer service. Katherine truly goes above and beyond. She returns calls, follows up, keeps an eye on everything, and most importantly, she genuinely cares about the people she serves. She knows her customers and makes you feel like you’re not just another unit number. Even with all the changes, having someone like Katherine there has made a huge difference. Her dedication, kindness, and personal touch are what keep that original welcoming, family feeling alive. Thank you, Katherine, for always going the extra mile and making your customers feel valued. You are truly appreciated! 💖🥰”

“I'd give them 50 stars if I could. Joshua, Cody and Isiah were on time, worked hard, worked fast, worked carefully, and couldn't have been nicer. And the price was quite reasonable. We're moving again in about 10 months. They'll be our guys.”

“Very well organised. There was a guy driving around, helping drivers with their cars and boats, making sure everyone found a spot and that everything ran smoothly. Thank you!”

“We stored with Nicholson for almost 26 years. Sometimes two units, sometimes one. In all that time, they kept the units up well and were responsive with codes and any issue. They are great.”

“Pete's Pier has been there forever. We used their ramp in June 2025 to take out boat out after our week stay in Crystal River. Wide ramp, very nice people and great customer service. We will definitely use them to put in next time.”

“I am so blessed to have found this Storage company. I sold my house and moved to Crystal River and it was only a few blocks away. I have two units! After our houses flooded in the area, we were able to salvage and store what was dry to move on with our lives. I was able to call and get a few more units for my Mom and family. Brandon has been the greatest and is a very good communicator. He has helped me so much and I love having access 24 hours. It is a family owned business and they own the plaza in front. They do have security cameras and I can feel comfortable going in anytime. I recommend them to everyone I know looking for a storage solution. After the flooding of Hurricanes Idalia and Helene, we knew that even with highway 19 flooding, our units did not get water to them! Everything from location, price and customer service has this the TOP in storage facilities. Thank you, Brandon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Megan, the office manager, is very approachable and flexible to work with, regardless of the circumstances. Made us feel like human beings, not just a customer with a number. Highly recommend.”
