Overpriced charged 25$ for a mount and balance. Have 3 more tires I was gonna bring to do the same and also to get a tire rimmed for a full size spare. When I said that was a little expensive the owner and old miserable guy said I could buy a balancer machine and do it myself ....are you kidding me ??? Great way to get repeat customers. I should have turned around and walked out when I heard the customer before me asking why he wasn't consulted prior to an additional 100$ charge on his bill. Was not greated with a smile or welcome from owner or his son. They both seem miserable and without any personality. I would not recommend this place as they are rude, overpriced, and slow.

I have been using Suncoast Auto world since I have moved from Ocala 6 years ago and have many thousands dollars on my 8 cars and trucks. I went intoday and asked office staff if they would look at the inside dual on a Ford E 350 motorhome he couldn’t work on motor homes. Needless to say I won’t be spending any more money someplace where they can’t help when you’re in a bind!

So helpful! No one in, or around, Citrus County would change my Tesla tires. But, Mike was up to the task! He had to help me order the jack pads- but after that- mission accomplished. Saved me a trip to Tampa😃

Truck broke down while here on vacation- Mark made sure I was safe and that we were taken of. Very professional and great communication. The fix required some research on his part and truck was fixed for a great price thanks to his research. And fixed a day sooner than expected as well!

We were here on vacation from Indiana, when our brake caliper started seizing up. Being 1400 miles from home, knowing nobody in the area, we thankfully found Suncoast Auto World! They not only agreed to fix our truck, but also rented us a vehicle as well until the repairs were completed.. I cannot tell you how thankful we are to have found such an honest shop, with honest prices, that values each and every customer. I would be highly recommend Suncoast Auto World to anyone needing a rental car, auto repairs, or to purchase a vehicle. You just do not find people this good, and this honest, these days. Thank you again for exceptional service!!

Called to make an appt for an oil change on a Saturday and the guy told me that they’re not open saturdays. He seemed like he just didn’t want to help. Your website and Google listing advertises that you are open on saturdays.

Excellent, excellent service. I had a slow leak in my tire and they found a very small pice of metal in the tire and repaired it while I waited. Put the tire on for me too. Great customer service, fast, professional and polite. Thanks so much.

This place is a GodSend to me and my wife Cheryl at a time in our life when we really needed to do business with a trustworthy company. I prayed to God to lead me to a trustworthy place and vehicle to buy for Cheryl. I was driving down 19 and was literally cut off by another truck and forced to quickly pull into their parking lot. Saw Cheryl's future SUV for sale and immediately thanked God.
