Listen up Y'all. If your thinkin of buying a boat, don't do anywhere else. I'm 65 years old and had never had a more pleasurable buying experience. Geof and Tracy are awsome! After talking with them on the phone I knew they were people I wanted to buy my boat from. It was an hour away from me but I'm glad I made the drive. They did everything they said they would do and more, and I ended up with the boat of my dreams!Thanks Geof and Tracy!

My father in law bought a brand new pontoon and gave it to us to use and store. The boat was new, nice, and we were given tips on type of gas to use and maintenance. The purchase went fine. We had no issues. My father in law passed away a short time later after paying on it a little bit and putting quite a bit down. So we needed to sell it since it still had a large outstanding balance. We took it back to them and they got it sold and paid off and cut us a check for the difference. I know they got a cut too, but I appreciated the help in the situation.

I drove 1000 miles, one way, to purchase a New C-Dory Tomcat from them. Do not do what I did. Boat wasn’t ready on Monday, as promised, Sea trial kept getting delayed. Eventually until Friday. Gas tanks were full of water, so there wasn’t a real sea trial.Just a short ride while contaminated gas drained into the bilge and over board. I rented a water front house with a dock to enjoy my new boat which I didn’t get to use. The boat wasn’t waxed as promised, none of the dealer installed options work properly or at all. Fancy binder was destroyed by another potential buyer. Wiring unsecured laying in the bilged. Total rush job. Installer didn’t even start working on it until I was on the road. Giving them weeks of notice, I brought the boat back by water to get warranty work done. Called, was told someone would return my call. I left multiple more voicemails, but a day and a half later it became clear to me I’d bought a great boat from some bad people. I can’t recommend this dealership for anything.

Tracy and Jeff were efficient at getting our new skiff outfitted and transferred to our trailer, and took care of title and registry. Friendly, very nice experience.

The staff here was super friendly, and the boat we rented was nice. It provided a great day of fishing and we even saw some dolphins playing in the water. Will definitely rent again!

I was a sceptical first time boat buyer. I had been looking around for quite some time. I found 3 rivers and worked with Geoff who pointed out a boat that fit my needs. It took some time to do the deal because i required jumping through some hoops. Geoff did a great job getting it done. I am very happy with my purchase and the price point.

Terrible experience with the service department twice. I have used them multiple times but the last two times I will not return and would advise anyone looking for service to steer clear. Things were missed that we’re supposed to be fixed or serviced. I was billed for work that wasn’t completed. They give excuse after excuse. I have spent several thousand dollars at this dealership in electronics, repair, maintenance, and annual service on a twin engine boat. They clearly have no morals or care about customer satisfaction.

Update, we bought the boat, this is our after case experience:getting prompt boat service has been sketchy so far. Call to make appt, told anytime, call 2 weeks later to see if we're still clear and to set drop off date and get a turn around time estimate for a routine service. Told all clear, they just need it for a few days. On the day it was supposed to be done it was just being started and they didn't have the parts, not in stock and needed to be ordered. A few more days and now we're told they're a week behind in work, well that wasn't what the other person said just days ago when we asked. So a few days is really 2 weeks. They could've ordered everything before even if they couldn't get to it ... It was a routine service and some requested service. We didn't have any boat issues except poor communication it seems. I guess when you want to go back to the dealer you bought from they figure you are at their mercy. I don't know if all of them do the same thing but it's disappointing to say the least. Maybe customer service isn't priority for everyone. I can only hope we don't have issues because I'd be afraid we'd never see our boat again.Yes when we were looking & buying this was my review ... Promptly greeted and well assisted. They have a great selection too.

Jim Klier of the sales team is a true professional. He did not push us in any way. We explained what we wanted and he guided us to make a sound decision. If you compared apples to oranges the 816 Qwest we bought is perfect. All paper work down to the delivery ran smoothly. I haven't had my twenty hour service yet so I can't rate the service dept. yet. Please do your home work before buying or getting work done here. They do not stand by the work they do and rip people off.The people in the office are rude incompetent and don't know the word truth. The owner will make it your fault even when they make a big mistake while doing service on a boat motor and not tightening the drain plug on the lower unit.Please like I said do your home work and save yourself a headache. There are other dealer's in that area that you can trust to do the right thing and not take you for a ride,

My wife and I recently purchased a 2019 stingray boat we drove an hour and a half away to purchase the boat and it was extremely worth it three Rivers Marines has awesome customer service this was the first time we ever purchased a boat and Tammy walked us through it from beginning to end she got me in and out pretty fast I will refer all my friends I highly recommend!
