Place ripped me off. A case backhoe fuel cap costs, at the most 40$. They had some junk aftermarket one on the machine and while I was using it the cap fell off now they're charging me 110$ for it. We're suppose to help each other out. What's wrong with you people? I already paid 1300$ to rent the thing. No love in America anymore!

The age of equipment and the lack of maintenance of equipment is a critical issue. I own a local company and have given them multiple chances to prove that they care and are listening to their customers and are keeping a steady pulse on the their business. It has cost me multiple man hours and disgruntled customers, due to the fact that without fail, I have to return the equipment or the equipment is down on the job site. The only positive, is that they do try to make it right. I would recommend to send the older equipment to auction, buy new equipment and hire/emplement better maintenance staff and procedures.

I have rented many things from them stump grinders and various other things . This week I was very disappointed we rented a floor grinder and I had to bring it back 3 times in one day because it broke and then we where not able to finish the project we had so now instead of it costing 250.00 it is going to cost 500.00 I am very disappointed and they did not care that we where upset. From. Now on I will rent from home depot.

He recently delivered a lift to my neighbor for tree trimming. Unfortunately, when you picked it up you not only knocked over their mailbox but ours as well. My neighbor was told that you would be back to repair both mailboxes. No one ever showed. We had to have someone replair our box. If you make a mistake you should fix it

Found the customer service to be awful when renting tables. This location would greatly benefit from a kiosk with either an AI agent or website in the lobby over the folks working the desk, particularly the older woman; she was very rude and impatient.

We rented a stump grinder........not only were their prices so much better than most places, they were extremely helpful, and we will go back there every time for any rental needs we have.

I used them to rent a Uhaul trailer and they saved me so mich stress (and money). Everyone else was more expensive and either booked or their rental trailers were in the shop.
The store staff was amazing and I found out that they rent all kinds of things that I can use for special events or home repairs.
What a great business.

If you need to call this store for any reason it would be my reccomendation to avoid dealing with David. I knew with in the first 20 seconds i was dealing with somebody who has zero phone skills and come to find out he is the owners self entitled son and just by how he talks and deals with customers he will be bad for future business. Besides Davids great demeaner they tried to charge me a overage saying i put 16 hours on a 8 hour rental and come to find out whoever checks equipment back in does'nt take enough care to make sure paperwork and hours used are accounted for properly. Luckily after a involved phone process they figured out their mistake.

Put the deposit on the machine got there to pick it up was not ready they said they I could not pick it up until after nine and nobody told us. Then they told me.I couldn't take it to go do the job I wanted to do Because.
It was outside their area.

Very Disappointed with this place. Used for over 5 years not anymore really rude employees and overcharged on an uhaul rental for over $150.00. Scammers.
