They were there when I needed them to put down my 17-year-old terrier-chihuahua on a Saturday evening. Sweet and caring people overall. I do wish that they didn't take him out of my arms and into a back room to insert the catheter. He was already in pain and that caused him more stress and pain . Why the catheter thing at all ? In my opinion it should be one or two injections and done. Maybe that's just how things are done these days but I feel like it's to charge more, not in the animals best interest.

I don't have much to share, I never thought I would have to say see you later to my handsome boy, it was even harder to not be able to bring him home. The staff were very friendly and understanding of the situation.

Absolutely amazing place. They were so caring, helpful and overall made a very scary situation less stressful. My kids and I were so worried about our little pup and they were so nice and took the time to even talk to the kids about what was going on. They truly went above and beyond to help our pup and make sure we were informed with everything that was going on and made sure we knew what to do to take care of our pup when we went home.

DO NOT BEING YOUR ANIMALS HERE. Went here because our dog was throwing up, pooping blood, and figured he got into some bones in the trash. They had us sit in a room for 30 minutes before any vet came to see him, asked for an estimate and she came back with one over 1400$ and after we told them we couldn’t afford it, they charged us 65$ for having him weighed and to wait for 45 mins and they never even touched him. Complete waste of time and money. Save yourself time and money and don’t go here.

Just left this office a little bit ago. I must say when I first arrived there was no one at the front desk for a good 20 minutes, although I was hollered at through the door to say they would be out when they could. I understood, you could tell it was a small practice, I was there because my little dachshund has a sore on his leg once in a room we waited 35 minutes for the vet. She discussed needing an antibiotic and a cone. To come back in two weeks. If it wasn’t better than a biopsy would need to be done. As she was walking out the door, she asked me about heartworm. I did say I only had a month left and so she said that they would do a heartworm test and then I would be given medicine. So then the vet tech comes in with the estimate at a little over 500$. There were things on there that made absolutely no sense $128 for 10 days of antibiotic $75 for a steroid shot $35 for a cone $65 office visit $230 for bloodwork. Nothing about the heart worm test or heart worm preventive meds. When I questioned why the bloodwork, and steroid. The vet tech said it was for my dogs allergies because he was itching…. We didn’t go for that and he has no “itching”. I asked for a script to be filled elsewhere (then was told 45$ just to write the script. The vet tech then proceeded to mark everything declined and wanted me to sign it…. I stated that I was really confused because this did not match what the Dr. and I had discussed. I asked if this was for another dog and not mine. She didn’t respond and the Dr. refused to come talk with me. I don’t have a problem paying for the vet, but this was a bit Ridiculous. Lesson learned the $65 office visit fee is just to get you in the door….

The Vets have always been so kind when working with our animals. Great service!

Vet was a young female, very polite and kind. Young male tech took my dog in the back, after muzzling him. The receptionist came in with the estimate to treat him which was $1400, which I did not have. $800 for xrays, $300 for blood work to prescribe medications. I ended up having them do subcutaneous fluids, shot for nausea and office visit was $300. Vet never returned to talk to me, tech advised me of everything.

We are very happy with the care our dog received here. I felt the attention to details for my dog was exceptional. The doctor was kind to my dog and took the time to fully check him out and make sure all of his issues were handled well. The cost was reasonable and the care my dog received was great. We will bring our dog here in the future when needed. Thank you to the doctors and staff here.

I took my diabetic dog here for treatment on a Sunday. I am so grateful for everyone who works here. Dr. Natalie Mercer was very thorough in looking at all of my dogs bloodwork and related tests. He was very sick with multiple issues which can happen with diabetic dogs. The cost was similar to my regular vet and some things were even cheaper. In particular, I did not feel like my dog was just another dog to treat there as they took the time to make me aware of all the concerns. She made us feel welcome and really cared for my dog. I intend to continue to take my dog to this Vet Clinic in the future. Everything they were going to do for my dog was explained to me upfront so I knew what to expect. I feel they give great personal service to us and our dog and it put me at ease knowing my dog was in good hands. Thank you so much!!

It’s such a shame that I even had to put one star because they don’t deserve it! These people are a disgrace, and that’s an understatement! They had no care in the world for my baby girl who was so sick! These people were homophobic, and all they cared about was money! Left My Baby out there in the waiting room when she’s on the verge of dying, for over an hour and then came out and handed us a bill before even seeing her. Then proceeded to tell us that if we can’t pay that then they can’t take care of her. My mind was literally blown that all they cared about was the money first, when they can see right in front of their eyes that are baby was in need of care and quick! WE HAD THE MONEY! That’s not the point! These people were walking around, not telling us anything and going to the next people and taking their dogs in! I could not believe what I was witnessing and going through. I was about to lose my baby and they could care less! They finally got us in, and they told me that she wasn’t going to make it!! They didn’t have her in the back for nearly long enough and then all of a sudden they’re telling me she’s going to die? I was shaking and crying and completely lost and these “people” were so cold! I’ve never in my 35 years have ever felt like this before! They didn’t care about my baby girl, and they were going to let her die. I would never ever bring any of my babies back to this disgraceful place. To all of the “people” there, I really hope you never treat another person the way you treated me and my baby!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE! They want your money and that’s it. HOMOPHOBIC ugly “people” and I say people lightly!

It’s a shame that I have to add 1star at all! Only place open near us so we had to go here. PLEASE, save your dog and go somewhere else ANYWHERE else. Went in very worried about our dog who had been vomiting and diarrhea for two days. Got in and the dr took very long, finally got in and she said oh her gums are cold and i got nervous ? that’s scary to hear. I said omg well let’s get her in and get her going. She left and sent in her front desk lady, and she proceeded to go over payments FIRST! Then made us wait 35 minutes in the room before I had gone out to check to see where everyone was. I was standing in the hallway and heard them talking about my wife and I?! Dr: something about my dog dying and the other woman proceeds to LAUGH and says oh I hope not! Then she started whispering saying to the dr oh the girly girl one(me) came in with this attitude and said something else about me and then talked about my wife, saying and that butchy one blah blah blah ? WHO DOES THIS! No compassion in this place at all! The front desk lady came out and noticed that I had been standing there listening to everything she just told the dr and the dr was agreeing with everything she was saying too! They came in with an over 1500$ bill and we said wow that steep and we talked over a few things then FINALLY they took her back then never once did anyone come out to update us. Dr came out to let another person know about their dog. I said umm how’s Mia and she looked at me and said well not very good! We panicked because she took soooo long to get her in and if she was literally dying then why did they wait so long?? They were so unprofessional and didn’t seem to care that my dog was literally dying and they hadn’t even started any fluids or anything saying we declined everything. She said that we a grin! We didn’t decline everything we wanted what was most important first! These people are horrible and their place should be shut down! Anyone who does this to people who are hurting shouldn’t be in this field at all!! We took our baby an ran tf out of there so fast! They would have watched her die!! Took her right UF animal emergency and they saved her life there! It’s further BUT please people take the drive, save your dog!! Horrible people! She’s no dr! Take a look at the picture of our baby all lifeless and they had us waiting so long instead of rushing us in! MONEY HUNGRY PLACE, THATS ALL!

Short wait but extremely expensive prices. Office visit isn't bad at $65 but the cheapest to euthanize a dog was $490.
