I sent a formal complaint to the USPS. Any other delivery company that received a complaint like this would have fired this driver but not this post office. Their solution.........they won't deliver any package that won't fit in the mail box. I have to make a 10 mile round trip to the post office to pick it up.........unbelievable. Here is the complaint I sent "It seems no matter what I do, this idiot just has to drive on parts of my lawn. I have two driveways that enter my property. Each one is about 400 feet long. I have put cut pieces of logs in areas where he does this, but he just crosses in another area. I can't line the entire driveway. He does it like it's a game. A few months ago I happened to see him coming down the driveway at full speed. And saw him crash through two orange cones I had set up to keep him off of an extension I have on the driveway. By the time I got the front door opened to take a look, he comes speeding back, hit the cones again, saw me at the door and was laughing at me. I've had it. If he can't keep it on the driveway I don't want him on the property at all. I'll just go to the post office and get my packages once a week or so".

The staff at the post office is awesome . Home delivery stinks been waiting two weeks for a package still have not received it . I have a debit card that never received . But bank notified me someone tried to activate it . I have a locked mailbox personally think the mail lady is a thief ?

Great full service post office. The counter clerk is SUPER friendly, and she made the USPS visit more interesting! She had a great personality with all of the customers. It made for a better waiting in line time just hearing her talk to other customers.

Staff is always helpful and friendly, very knowledgable and patient. Very popular office and often a line but not long wait.on 1/9/23 clerk 14 helped me mail 2 packages with a smile as always. Always use this office.

Small little place with a line out the door. This is not a good drop off location if you have more than a couple of parcels to drop off. Didn’t need help with anything only to drop off already to go, packages and couldn’t. Don’t waste time at this location.

Im going to start by saying I ship between 5 to 20 packages a week, so I have had many,, many experiences with post offices. That being said, i have an Extremely large amount of packages come missing from this location. The employees have and extreme attitude problem. My friends and family have to drive out of their way to go to another post office due to the hostility of certain employees. Even after showing them evidence that say certain forms of mailing were acceptable. It's only when management seem to get involved that the employees try to do things by the books but started to move to personal insults. I don't know what's wrong with this location, the other post offices seem not to have this issue. But I've had more than 3 altercations all stemming from employee complacency and in some cases and out right refusal to cooperate. Who ever inspects and manages this location needs to most likely needs to be changed. I've had 20+ packages come up missing as well as not being scanned. Employees will often quote themselves for not scanning things because" we figured it would be fine" or even once " That's not my job" I will keep this review up of this embarrassing location until I either see some form of improvement or a response directly for someone who's in charge there who's willing to explain these issues until then, this place is a shamefully run down place with outdated staff and extremely poor customer service skills. In some cases straight negligence, I hope whoever has been running this place is ashamed of their results. I may add photos of employees and management to Tag to this review so said individuals may feel some form of shame.

I guess they do not comprehend what a mail forwarding request is supposed to be. They hold mail, claiming I requested mail to be held for pick up when they are supposed to forward it. DUH!!!
