Never has my prescriptions when I call in advance. Staff is incompetent and tells me they’ll order my meds and then orders it too late past their deadline and I get told I’ll get my prescription Monday instead of Friday. Staff is also not properly trained. I was once told when I had one refill left that I had none left and that the “one refill” left on the bottle meant it was that bottle. The one that told me that was rude. The one who just told me my prescription will be there Monday was nice.

Pharmacy is extremely rude a few of those employees back there should lose their job. I wish I could give it zero. Judging by the rest of the bad reviews, I’d say it’s time for a re vamp in your staff!

Very unprofessional - the manager on duty “Lauren” hung up on me when I called to inquire about the poor service my daughter received at the FedEx desk. Very disappointed - Lauren “the manager” should not be working with customers, she was condescending and rude. Do better Walgreens!

WARNING! DON'T TRUST THIS PHARMACY! I knew a hurricane was coming in a week and I knew that Walgreens flooded in the last hurricane, so I started the process of refilling my blood sugar meds for my diabetes. for three days straight they told me it would be ready the next day. The day before the hurricane was to hit, I got a call saying my prescription was ready. I called them and they said the pharmacy was open till 10 PM. I showed up at 5 PM and they told me they were closed. The staff was still in the store, and all they had to do was hand me my medication through the drive-through window and they denied me. This is not only unprofessional and inept, it is dangerous and negligent. do not count on Walgreens for anything! and to you, Walgreens, I say, if I have a medical issue due to your negligence, my attorney will be in touch.

I’m writing a review I work for a dentist office and I’ve tried to call in a script for a patient multiple times they don’t answer the phone or the voicemails. When you finally get a hold of them they are very rude and unprofessional I will be telling patients I do not recommended this pharmacy.

Do not come here unless you want to wait a week for your meds that were prescribed. Also extremely horrible customer service and even lie! Not even worth it. Nothing but problems with this place. I’m all set.
