I’ve had my accounts for 30 years. Today I’m closing them because the service has gotten worse in recent years everytime i come in. Sad day.

I deposited a business check. The bank showed the funds available. So I went about day-to-day transactions. They pulled the money out and claimed I was wrote a bad check. I contacted the person who wrote the check. They showed me proof the money was in the account. I called WF and they said the check bounced. I called my friend back and it never shows the money ever being pulled out. Now I have a 10 day hold on a check that WF says bounced while in the other hand I have proof the funds were available. They said it's to protect me. They have messed up my account and they are living to me. I don't recommend WF for banking services

Just realized that we were charged over $50 in fees for depositing cash into our business account. Imagine that, being charged to give a bank your cash :(

50% chance the ATM won't have any cash in it. Better go somewhere else.
Sad days for a bank if they can't even keep cash in the ATMs. Makes you wonder about the rest of your money.....

Went in to open an account and was told it would be easier to do it online. Tried to do it online and was directed back to the branch. I made an appointment for the following day and was kept waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I went in today to cash a check and I felt like an inconvenience. Not a good experience for me. Truist treats you like they value your business. This place does not.

Long lines all the time. Drive thru closed and it is hard to stand there 20 minutes when your knees hurt.

I've banked there for over 40 years. Today it was an unpleasant experience. The drive-thru is closed, and they don't have plans to reopen it. The teller acted as though I was an inconvenience in her day.

It would make the experience much better if the teller didn't stand there and hold a conversation with someone for over 10 minutes at the window knowing the line is getting longer and longer. Who really cares what kind of flowers they planted this weekend
