After going to several Ace Hardware's in the area, I finally went to the one in Cutler Bay I wasn't very impressed with this one. It's a smaller store, and the people could not help me with making a copy of my motorcycle key.

Love this ACE! Everyone there is so helpful. Went there tonight and was helped by by one of the gentlemen there and even with his hand in a bandagr and obviously in pain, made sure everything was working properly before leaving the store.

Needed help regarding paint the cashier told us to see manager and I guess it was close to closing he didn’t want to help. It’s great to have a hardware store in neighborhood with great service.

Horrible before I went i googled a lamp on inventory, looked and looked and looked,never found it,then the manager came and said,o yes we haven't had that for years,maybe 2,so?????why does it show on inventory in your store???fix your website!!!fix your inventory!!o drove 20mns to get there!!!

I believe the gentleman’s name was Charles, the manager. He provided me excellent customer service and helped me choose what seasoning I should get and a nice gift for my father.

I had a great experience at Ace Hardware thanks to Brendan, the store manager. I bought a 2-gallon pump sprayer that stopped working after about six months. When I brought it back, Brendan made the return process quick and easy, honoring the Ace Promise without any hassle.
What really impressed me was the respectful and empathetic attitude. He handled the situation with professionalism and made me feel like a valued customer. His approach sets a great example for the rest of the team and is a big reason why I’ll continue shopping at Ace. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find—thank you, Brendan!

Nice place I've only been here once and I got a wireless charger that cleans my phone for 60$ was a bit expensive and is but janky but worth it cause the little lamp emittes uv light and kills bacteria.
