If I could give it a half or a fourth of a star that is how I would rate it. I paid for a new table from Babcock and I received a termite eaten base. I was threatened to have the furniture delivered or else they might sell it. When I got the furniture the table's base looked as if termites ate it and it was painted over. When putting the table together the driver noticed the same thing and i made a call to report that the able did not look new. Babcock refused to replace my table. When I uncovered it to use it and began to dust it, a cup ring became very visible. I am stuck with a used table that I paid over $1000. for and the only thing that Babcock offered was to give 25% off something else in their store that would probably be substandard. The customer care is careless. They all read from a script to insure you that you are "SCREWED WITH NO VASELINE." When my mother was alive she paid for a sofa, but Babcock sold it and did not have anymore to replace it and they would not give her a refund. I bought my mother a section from another furniture but I was forced to take their credit so that my mother wouldn't lose. The morals and tactics of this company low and shifty.

Be careful buying here. I paid almost $900 for what I thought was a great mattress. I didn't get what I paid for. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I bought a piece of junk until it was too late to return it. Buyers beware.

Terrible place of business, terrible furniture, terrible people. Pure ignorant to real customer service or just choose to lack it! NEVER WILL I EVER use this place again! Do yourself a favor go to rooms to go or somewhere else. Better ppl, better quality furniture and REAL SALESMEN with REAL SERVICE! This place is a joke and everything and one in it! ?????????STAY AWAY.

This is the worst store where you can buy. The furniture is of poor quality. You pay for a guarantee that covers any damage to the product and you call for repair and they don't solve it. It's the worst customer service because they don't give you answers. If you want to waste your money, buy in this store!!!!

Someone called me to verify that I placed the order for a queen size frame with a full size bed it was incorrect and the girl updated my order sent back the price difference I never expected that but she was so sweet and I was thankful for her catching it

I really liked the way the salesman didn't pressure me into buying right there and then. That really gives me a sense of security knowing that I could go and come back to browse again with no pressure until I was ready to purchase, they even measured for me to make sure my purchase fit how I wanted and all. Finally after quite a few days, I was ready to purchase and everything went smoothly and quick and a few days later I received my furniture they even set it all up and quickly. I was very happy from beginning to end. Thanks for the personal attention and double thanks for no pressure.

I been a customer for years now and loved everything I got from them just went yesterday which was 12/12/2022 the sales woman who helped me was Lorayne she was great had lot’s of patience and helped me get better prices and a better delivery date when I explained my work schedule she was very helpful and understanding and thanks to the manager that also helped.

I bought some furniture for my family room with this company and unfortunately the experience has not been good. The furniture is separated by sections and when someone is sitting and reclines the chair after a while with the movement, the chair separates from the base and sometimes the person sitting falls out of the chair. I was in the store talking to the manager Mike and the salesperson who served me and they told me they were going to change my chairs. After a few days they told me that they were very sorry but that they were not going to be able to make the change, they just lied to me like a child. They only offered me to repair them. And the problem is that I am not saying that they are damaged to repair them, but they do have a problem and it is that after a person has been sitting for a while, the chair separates and perhaps the first time they fall nothing will happen, but I don't know. He knows what a blow can do to a person. I only asked for the change and they offered me that they would receive them and that they would discount 25% of the cost of the chairs that I paid for or else I would have to keep them. IT DOESN'T THINK FAIR that they do this to me as I have been a customer for over 19 years when the company was owned by one owner and never had a problem that I can remember. This is my second bad experience with Badcock has to do with my recliner that Heats and massages well it doesn't heat a massage they I called and made a claim that was about a week and a half ago nobody has contacted me nobody's called me text me email me or anything . Paid almost $60 for the warranty and now they don't want to honor it they just ignore you as if you're going away so I guess I'm back to writing a review every day and it's not going to be pretty again when I had that problem with my mattress took almost 3 months and then the CEO end up calling me to get it straightened out I'm not going through this I paid good money for my recliner paid for the warranty and now I get nothing NADA zip . As I stated before never ever ever do business with Babcock Furniture bad customer service bad furniture just bad all around I have nothing good to say about this company and they proven to me over and over again trust and believe you will be getting a review every day and it's not going to be pretty I'm so tired of this every time you deal with them it's like a nightmare just to get a simple power cord all they do is rob you of your money and ignore you so unprofessional but what do we expect from such a derelict company that doesn't give a hoop about their customers or their furniture if you want to call it furniture

Too bad they wont let me choose zero stars ! RUN AS FAST AND AS FAR AS YOU CAN ! I recently purchased a new home, we started by purchasing our sofa, loveseat and end table as well as a trundle bed for our second bedroom, to the tune of $3100+. After delivery we had to have some adjustments made and I will admit the gentleman who did the repairs was good. We waited almost 7 weeks for the end table, which we were told was backordered. I went back to the store and discovered that my order was closed out after the loveseat repairs. The end table was in their back room the whole time ! A couple of days later I purchased a matching coffee table which was damaged when I got it home. I called them immediately, and returned it the next morning... the salesman assured me that the purchase price (and protection policy) would be returned to my card before I got home. It's been over a week and I've been to the store to complain... I was told my refund wasn't approved and would have to be by check in the mail... then I was told the refund hadn't been processed yet... then I got a call from the salesperson assuring me that he had discovered the issue and my refund would be processed by end-of-day (that was yesterday). Still no refund ! The sad part is that we were prepared to purchase our Master bedroom set, a dinette set and a different coffee table... needless to say that will now be purchased from someone else ! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD ANYWHERE ! LIES, AFTER LIES, DELAYS AFTER DELAYS ! After spending over $3500 + I'm still waiting on a measly $300 dollar refund... Hope they choke on it at this point !

Beware of the " premium insurance " your basically giving them money for nothing! They lead you to believe this insurance covers spills, pets, rips and tears. The insurance covers fires, flooding or a natural disaster. Very poor customer service.
