Very bad service from the cashier staff. Product shortages. I do not recommend to anybody. Very bad service from the cashiers, I do not recommend it to anyone. product deficiencies and bad character of some employees.

The salesperson Melany has given us the worst service in the customer service system. I visited the store wanting to buy a pergola and their attention left much to be desired. Will it be saved for a friend?

Worst customer service ever. No one knows how to do anything not even make the effort to assist you. It’s so sad how you get treated here.Tried to purchase an item and it didn’t scan. Waited 30 minutes as they bounced me around. After all that I was unable to buy the item as it doesn’t scan !!!!! Really!!!! Ridiculous!!!!Customer service employees are completely lost and rude !!!!

Sent to to Tire Dept. from Homestead store b/c they didn't have the tire I needed for my car. 4 tires bought in Dec. 2023, flat tire repaired on 1/21/24, mileage 61,677. Repaired tire completely flat on 1/22/24, tire not avail until 1/24/24, but avail in Cutler Bay store. Go to Cutler Bay store, "yes I have the tire, call home for mileage." I go home and get the mileage but now, "I need to see/verify mileage for warranty." Call Homestead store to verify mileage not acceptable but at first it was ok to call home and get mileage? Manager/Supervisor in Tire Center at Cutler Bay is completely unacceptably rude and needs customer service/conflict resolution/manager training. BJ's Homestead Tire Center is the best in Customer Service. Cutler Bay Tire Center needs to take lessons. "No customers, No job!"

They give terrible treatment, the manager TiTo hides so as not to respond to customer complaints, they do not respond to the guarantees, I do not recommend buying any equipment since they do not want to respond afterwards ???

We are BJ'S members so we decided to buy new tires for my car, we had an appointment for December 30 at 9.30am. We went earlier, 5 minutes to 9am waiting outside, they open at 9am and has 5 people on front on us. A guy showed up at 9.05am to open the door and asked to wait. Anyway, they told us they will take about 2 hours to change the tires, by the way, my husband want it to be nice and gave the guy a coupon for a free pizza. We left and gt a call at 10.45am assuming the job was done, instead the guy told us that all of the lugs were stripped and talk it to a shop.We then went to pick up the car and take it home to double check what the mechanic was true,it was not my husband had to go and loosen each and every one of the lugs, we come back to have the work done but, he have us upset, make us lost our day and on top of that as rude. He said his name is Mario, we went to ask and were told there are 2 Mario's, he is old, grumpy, rude, obviously he has no idea of what customer service means and he calls himself a Manager, You should train your people better, I just hope no other people has this treatment there.

The worst place to come to shop since the moment I walk in they had a attitude and when I go pay in the self checkout I only had 7 things the supervisor Aliana came and cancel my order and told me I couldn't pay in self checkout thag I had to go to a line for 7 stuf are you serious and other ppl had way more then me like you don't do that

gas station opens when they want to. below is garbage to meet yelps, 85 character requirement pump is protected by an electronic security system. any tampering will immediately disable the unit and activate an alarm. esta bomba de gasolina esta protegida por un sistema de seguridad electronico, cualqier intento de forzarla . desabilitara la unidad y activara la alarma inmediatamente.

This is my go to place for my bill items but I am happy that they made some smaller vegetable packages since most of what we buy goes to waste unless it's being prepared for a gathering or party. The English cucumbers are less than the supermarkets. The Argentinian sausages that I could only find at Frescos they now carry at BJ's for less for a 12 piece pack. The only thing I do not like is that now there are less cashiers and more self checkout stations. The person who sold this ingenious idea is probably putting lots in his bank account. We need to give people opportunities to work and make money and instead we're cutting jobs left and right. I prefer the communication with cashiers, customer service, & the ladies at the check out by the doors. I do love the new layout for the produce, dairy, seafood as it now looks like the BJ's in Florida City.

Don’t make any kind of business at the óptica , the owner is a thief. He stalled my new frames and then he said. He can’t do nothing. This guy is a shame for BJs . They should close him the contract.

bjs the worst market to buy your attention to the costumer service is horrible, discriminatory both with the elderly and with Spanish-speaking people, they never have any respect for the client, from the manager who must set an example to even their employees are the worst

Manager Avacaritei was very impolite and said she was not able to pull up my receipt with my membership card which we all know is BS. She tried to force me to take store credit, luckily I was able to login into the BJs app and find my receipt. Incredible that they think we are gullible to believe they cannot find our receipt with our membership card. She should learn some people skills and how to talk to properly fix a situation when a manager is called and not make it worse by adding more fire. Needs management training asap.
