“High Grade Sound customer service is above and beyond what words can speaks. In my own personal experience I had made an appointment to go to them to install a dash camera and I was personally attended by the owner Santiago himself. This was my first experience with Santiago and on the day of the appointment they were very punctual on time. During the installation one of the cables I needed was short. Santiago took upon himself on his day off to come and pick me up to go to Best Buy to get one. Though, we were unable able to find it. So, he got on his phone and tried to find the nearest location where we can find one and we did at Walmart to make sure I have the camera installed today.This demonstrates how serious about how Santiago handle his business which no less than 100% customer satisfaction. Santiago won’t leave you hanging this all I can say. Please, check him out they do sound and security system, car window tinting, and car wrap and detailing.”

“These people are AWESOME! I got my car broken into and they really came through for me! They have great customer service, awesome prices (they cost 1/2 of what SafeLite wanted to charge me and they were able to replace my driver side front glass THE SAME DAY! SafeLite said I would have to wait till Friday (it was Monday when I called) OR drive 45 minutes to one of their offices), and the technician Ruben was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! These people rock!”

“I purchased a used vehicle from Maher Chevrolet ( Thanks Mark) on Wednesday. Part of the deal was for a replacement windshield. Steve contacted me on Thursday to set an appointment for 8 am Friday. He came to my house on time, explained in detail what he was going to do, and explained what caused the issues with the old windshield. He finished up and explained the care of my new windshield and pointed out a couple of things that I could repair. He told me the correct way to install my wiper blades. It was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had. Thank you, Steve and God bless.”

“Best service I’ve ever had at a collision center! I don’t usually write reviews about these things but, they got the parts from my car, painted and ready within nine days! That’s replacing an entire rear bumper, and when I picked up the car, they even washed it and cleaned it inside and out. I’ve never heard of a collision center cleaning your car, the young lady at the front was super nice and would call you with updates of the vehicle. I really felt like they had first class service. ?? it did a great job. My rear bumper looks beautiful painted and there are zero panel gaps. I’m pretty OCD about those things. Car looks great. Definitely bring your car here if you have an accident.”

“So I went today to have my car cleaned and wow! They not only did an amazing job cleaning and vacuuming, they removed a stain from the door where I like to rest my elbow with no extra cost. I did ask them to remove the yellow grime from my headlights and that is an extra charge but so worth it! They left my headlights looking brand new! I thought I’d have to buy a new set.
