It took one hour to do a simple wire transfer. The bankers either sitting in front of her computer or standing at the entrance even there's no customer. Such a bad experience. Everything was slow ther including cashers. No energy or customer service there.Either the management needs to be changed or people working there need to be trained regarding customer service. What a waste of my time.

I will never visit that branch again. And will be closing all accounts and take my business to another back. I was harassed by the bank security for no reason. I went inside and ask for a branch manager and the branch manager never came.

In this bank you cannot withdraw money with their checks, they ask you for identification, they make you wait for deliveries and you cannot withdraw money because that is not what the check is for. This is very bad on Mr. Jonathan's part. The checks, whatever they are, are for withdrawal or deposit, don't tell me what I have to do to earn percentages. Very badly

The drive-thru ATM just malfunctioned during a cash deposit and “ate” the bills (it made noises and stopped taking cash deposits right after, seems like they got stuck).
The cash we deposited did not reflect on our account. We’re calling customer service first thing in the morning, but I’d advise against this location’s ATM’s if you can’t afford to go through this ordeal.

It is Saturday past 2 pm, and the bank is closed. Both drive thru ATMs are closed, and the ones outside the bank only one is working. Insane that you have to wait 20 mins in line to withdraw cash or make a deposit. Horrible time to service the ATMs on the drive thru. If you can go to a different one, this one most of the time has an issue.

Excellent!!!, my first experience in a bank in the United States was at Chase and it couldn't have been better, thanks to Nadia, an excellent worker, she explained everything to me in great detail, without a doubt highly recommended

Besides the fact that the atm's never work when they do work, it's like some animal from cuba has been servicing it, because it still won't work properly, definitely these immigrants have turned my town into a 3rd world country!!!!
