It is Saturday past 2 pm, and the bank is closed. Both drive thru ATMs are closed, and the ones outside the bank only one is working. Insane that you have to wait 20 mins in line to withdraw cash or make a deposit. Horrible time to service the ATMs on the drive thru. If you can go to a different one, this one most of the time has an issue.

Excellent!!!, my first experience in a bank in the United States was at Chase and it couldn't have been better, thanks to Nadia, an excellent worker, she explained everything to me in great detail, without a doubt highly recommended

Besides the fact that the atm's never work when they do work, it's like some animal from cuba has been servicing it, because it still won't work properly, definitely these immigrants have turned my town into a 3rd world country!!!!

Worst branch ever! Do not go bank at this location. They’re a mess and do not prioritize the customer.I’ve been a chase customer for 10 years and close my accounts on how disappointed I was with their service. I do not recommend this branch. Save your time and go to another location.

No matter what you do, you can’t get a real person on the phone. After 10 minutes in a phone tree, it tells you to call back and hangs up!

This location needs to invest in replacing their ATM drive up machines, either they are always broken, or they take forever. I was making a deposit and $60 were eaten up by the machine and it gives me an error message and to call this number! Called, and it i will take 1-2 days to get it back. That's unacceptable, this is peoples money. get new machines! This company makes millions.

Absolute horrible experience. Went to open a business checking account out of a promo I received through mail. Not going to mention names but lady was short and curly hair. lady had an attitude right away. Not welcoming. Lady asked out loud for my social security which I didn't feel comfortable saying since the bank was so full and you can basically hear everything in the cubicles. Still gave it to her. The lady asked me 3 questions which I didn't understand 1 of them and she said sorry we cannot open the account based on one of the questions. I was like ok. She didn't even try and basically told me to ask my accountant about one of the questions. I felt a lot of hostility and just her attitude from the start I knew things were not going to go well. At the end of the day, chase lost a customer and I will never open an account with them..

I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name right but I had such a wonderful experience with Daija. She truly was very helpful and courteous. She was very prompt in her responses and also utilized her resources on things she wasn’t sure of. With her, I truly felt like she cared. I’m more than content with her customer service and would return again.

Chase has one of the worst costumer service of all of the banks in the world. They do not work professionally. Also they scam bank accounts .NEVER have a account in chase and they think their the best bank but it’s actually the worst.I would recommend going to a different bank.Never go to Chase.?
