I was in a bind after another suit store dropped the ball and I was left without a suit for my son’s communion. Charles was able to answer my questions and get me the exact suit in 4 days. The tracking for UPS was not updating and Charles kept me up to date the entire time assuring me my package was on its way. I’m happy to say my son’s suit arrived today. “Great customer service!!! I ordered some items online and needed to return 2 of the items. Called this location on kendall drive and 124th Avenue to inquire if they would take the return. From that call to me visiting the store, everyone was so nice and happy to help. I was so incredibly surprised of such an amazing group of people that I had to ask each one them for their names. We never take the time to write a review on those positive moments when you go somewhere and the service is incredible. I would like to thank Rocio, Margo, Katty, Roxana and Manuela for their smiles and hospitality. We are all customers when we walk in to any store, but lately it's been hard to walk in to a store with the full staff so helpful and nice. “Love this store. I didn’t know this store had opened at Merrick park until like 4 months ago. Since this while la democ started I’ve been shopping online a lot more so I was very happy that they opened a new kids store at this mall which is very closed to my house and I always go. The selection for boys is big which is rare because almost every store has way more options for girl. I’ve been buying a lot here and to my benefit they’ve been having a lot of sales so I’ve been getting a lot of nice outfits for my 3 year old at a very good price. Nice spanish clothing and very good quality. The staff is always helpful and nice.”

“I happen to really like this JCPenney's. As one of their largest stores and has better selection than most other stars. However, it's kind of hard to find an employee, at least in the men's department. They've also made one horrible change they've gotten rid of all the cash registers and have one bank of cash registers like many of the cut-rate stores, and I don't think it fits their image. It's certainly cheaper for them but a lot less convenient for the customer.”

“Some good stuff you can’t find in the store and for my first order it was here in 7- business days but for a pair that cost 200 to import into Canada was 258 then when I picked it up from the post office it cost another 18 dollars! I had paid paid for shipping and delivery and to import them into Canada another 20 is going to really cost literally a extra 100 hundred and that the only reason why i didn’t give you a 5 star”
