I have to say I am not to happy with the service I received on my repair order. I have warranty on my love seat piece of wood broke on the arm rest in the back. when I called for service the tech came out took pictures and assured me that he would put in a ticket for replacement, 10 days goes by and I don't hear anything back from them. I called to follow up and I was told that the repair is not a factory defect so it wont be covered. I explained to them that it had to come this way from the factory because it is on the back of the love and it an arm rest. I spent a lot of money on this sofa to be told they are not going to fix it. I will tell all my friends and take out a add in the local paper and tell what city furniture has been doing taking peoples money on there warranty service and not repairing anything. I just want my sofa fixed.

I ordered a dining table and chairs online and it was fairly easy. The items were delivered on time per the timeframe provided. The items fit perfectly with my current decor. I am definitely pleased with the service rendered. Bobby R.

Thanks to Kat who was extremely helpful. I was able to resolve a problem. She was very attentive and quickly reached a resolution with me. Thankfully, the company does have employees were willing to help it's just a matter of finding them.

German was very professional and knowledgeable on the merchandise from quailty of material to insurance to color selection. We weren't rushed to make a decision nor pushed. He took his time to explain everything. We ended up purchasing a leather sectional and we are very happy about it. Also a huge thank you to Andres for your help. Thanks again!

Let me tell everyone about the WORST experience I've ever had with any company. I've had some bad experiences,but this one takes the cake. I bought a "leather" (I question the material now) section in late 2020. It was a very nice sectional. Not even a year after having it, the leather started deteriorating. Not sure if it was cracking or peeling but it was what I paid almost $5k for. I called City Furniture to make a claim and somehow it ended up falling through the cracks so nothing was done. Months later I called again so they looked up the previous notes and sent a technician to my home to repair or replace the part. So when the City Furniture technician showed up he told me that he would conduct a temporary repair,but will order a new part and that I should receive it within six to eight weeks depending on the inventory. So about 4 months later I get a call from City Furniture and the Representative told me that the part was on back order for another three months. I was disappointed,but understood that these things happen. After another four months passed, I received another call from City Furniture stating that the part is still on back order. They apologized for the inconvenience and said it should arrive in 8 weeks. After about three more months I begin receiving text messages from a customer service text line. It stated that the part is still on back order,but I can text with City Furniture for more options. I agreed to explore other options. One option was to receive a gift certificate. I asked what the amount was and they said although the part is worth almost $500, that City Furniture can only offer $285. I asked them to speak with a Manager to see if they can offer what the replacement part was worth. After a little while they informed me that the manager refused to honor a higher amount. I was disappointed with the lack of assistance that was shown by the department's manager, but I accepted the Gift Certificate for $285. Two weeks later, which is today, I received another text stating that the City Furniture claim will be closed out because I did not respond in a timely manner during our last conversation. I quickly replied and told the representative that I thought it was closed out because I agreed to the $285 City Furniture gift certificate. They apologized for the inconvenience again, and processed the gift certificate. I received it within a few minutes. I was not content but was glad that the ordeal was finally over,..atleast I thought it was. Shortly after the text message chat ended I received a call from City Furniture customer care department. At first I thought the call was just a survey of some sort. I was wrong! The gentleman on the line proceeded to tell me that he sees that I was offered a City Furniture gift certificate, but he will rescind the offer because the claim was put in after the warranty expired. I told him that there was clearly an error and let him know that I had to file the claim twice because the first one was never attended to. I even told him that City Furniture technician attempted to repair it,bit it ended up being a temporary fix until the new part arrived. He refused to listen to what I was explaining to him and kept talking over me stating that he was canceling the City Furniture gift certificate. He spoke very rudely and did not take the time to listen to the customer. I had no energy to argue with him so I hung up the phone. This by far was the worst experience I've ever encountered. City Furniture ought to be ashamed of how they handled this situation. I spent almost two years trying to correct this issue just to get a slap in the face at the end.

Beautiful showroom with anything you could possibly be looking for. Larry Pastor was so helpful and allowed us to shop without feeling pressured. He then stayed an extra 30 minutes after closing because my bank flagged my account for fraud, requiring a lengthy call to Chase. The cherry on top was that he kept his word about trying to get an earlier delivery date! I got a message the next morning that my delivery would be 4 days sooner. Larry explained the warranties in detail, was very professional yet refreshingly personable. I'm excited to go back to choose my dining set ?

Just wanted to say that Jim was an amazing person very knowledgeable and very helpful with my needs regarding furniture. At first we were just shopping looking at some things but after the great customer service we received from Jim we bought 3 bedroom sets and a couch for our new home. Hands down this man was attentive and very helpful with all my questions regarding comfort and also a few great sales going on. I definitely will do business with this company again and definitely recommend speaking with Jim! Thanks for everything and will see you guys soon for more furniture.

Justin was absolutely amazing!!! After being disrespected at Rooms to Go, Justin greeted me and helped me stay within my budget with elegance. He walked me through a process that was pain free and had me and my budget in mind the entire time. I would definitely recommend Ashley and Justin to whomever is interested in purchasing quality products and professionalism!!!!

I can only express my dearest respect for the manager Mr. Saed. That gentleman not only gave me his whole hearted attention but was able to get my daughters bed even sooner. German Ortega, our sales representative was very professional and experienced. He made the process very smooth, made sure that our furniture got to us promptly, on time, and when we needed. Kudos to German Ortega.Also, de delivery team did an excellent job delivering our sofa and made sure that the furniture was in perfect condition. Great Job to all.Very happy and satisfied with the whole experience.

Our Sales Representative, Rosy, was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all but available to answer questions. We left without buying, but the following day decided to purchase the mattress we’d looked at & she was able to conduct the purchase over the phone as she’d had all our information. It made it is so convenient not to have to go back to the store again & I appreciate her offering this as an option. We’ve had very good experiences shopping at this City Furniture.

I love the personal attention! We didn’t need to roam around on our own and then hunt down someone when we had a question. German stayed with us the entire time and patiently answered every question we had. Delivery was a breeze. The tracking app gave me up to the minute information on when they would get here. The delivery folks were professional fast and neat.

When I made my latest order ( bedroom furniture) I did not expect the mattress cover to be a queen one. The delivery crew on Thursday took it with them and the salesman Larry ordered a new one saying it was his mistake. I was not upset, just disappointed after spending so much money, I cannot sleep on my new mattress as I'm avoiding any mishaps without it's king cover/protector. Larry said it will be delivered today Tuesday August 15th. I received a text and email saying that due to product availability my delivery was cancelled. On top of that, every time I call, the phone just rings and nobody picks up to tend to my concerns. This morning I was able to get ahold of someone and she said all the managers were in a meeting. No empathy, no customer service skills, given the fact I no longer have expectations about City Furniture. A manager just called and she stated she is trying to help me out, correction lady, if you are seeing this review I will repeat it: You are here to serve your customers to the best of your ability, you are not helping me; you are correcting your mistake not the opposite. Please get some courses to get you to be a better manager and not displease your customer with nonsensical order/ warehouse shenanigans.
