All I can say is that exotic sounds was the best experience I have ever had with car audio. The attention to detail is exceptional! Albert is an expert in everything car audio! He explained everything in detail and gave me all kinds of different options. I was never rushed and they never rushed the job, made sure everything came out a 100% perfect. Albert Sr.. and Jr have been taking care of my vehicles / boat for years … everything they do is very professional and like factory installs! If I ever had an issue or product had a malfunction they immediately addressed it. Excellent Buisness for me and my family in our community.

I was searching online for a place to have some work done on my truck, and after reading some of the reviews from Exotic Sounds, I decided to go in and speak to Albert Jr… according to the reviews I read, it seemed Jr. was the person to talk to and I was right to do so..I inquired about LED headlights and a train horn…I must admit Albert Jr. has excellent customer skills.. He took his time explaining what he thought was best for my truck, and a perfectionist when it comes down to the installations I had done…very clean work..Definitely coming back to do the custom work we spoke about when I get my income tax refund.. lolI highly recommend Exotic Sounds at Cutler bay, and Albert Junior is the person I would recommend you speak to…

I've been to Exotic Sounds two times and both visit were really good. Great safe and they communicate with you if there's any other issues with service. Affordable service and outright the place to be for a great car sound system.
