Walked in and was instantly greeted by Rain. She was very helpful and seemed to be a shift leader of some sort. Chanel was walking out who seemed to be going on her break but instantly offered to help Rain with retrieving my shoe size from the back. Really went out of her way to provide elite customer service! By far this is the best customer service I have received at a shoe store. I will most definitely make this my go to store for shoes! Thank you Rain and Chanel!

I went last week to buy a pair of sneakers and the girl there was so attentive and amazing. Then the gentleman by the name of Alexis at the cashier really knew how to speak to a customer. You guys finally have an amazing crew there and I will return!

A large volume purchase in this store, I decide to return and I still can't find the receipt
The store does not accept returns without them
But my question is why?
If the merchandise is purchased
Where is the consumer's right?
Although its value is less
They should receive this refund
Of course, with bad character, they are professionalism, it is better to say no and leave.
Today I give up on buying more from it

My teenager missed a call back for a job at foot locker and after trying endlessly with no luck to get in direct contact with a manager at ANY foot locker store in South Florida, Foot Locker at Southland Mall was the ONLY store that answered the phone. The female employee that answered was very friendly and directed us to her manager, Tony. Tony went completely out of his way to help us out, he called the store that was designated to hold the interviews and was able to resolve our situation. Not many would of done what he did. We really appreciate the help! Thank you Tony!

They have a lot of merchandise missing on display, I feel disoriented because if you see something, maybe they don't have it. Little staff on the lines to help.
