So I just walked in this morning at about 9: 10:00 a.m. approximately because I was bragging to my 90 year old father about how nice the people are there and how I love the customer service. I walked in I wasn't acknowledged neither was my father and I asked some lady named Maria or Mara (her name is something like that) if they had magnets and she seriously had the worst look on her face.. A super bad attitude. I'm not sure if she thinks she's Jennifer Lopez and she's from the Bronx or something, but I even told the girl at the cashier that they were in a bad mood today. I will no longer be shopping at harbor freight. You should educate your employees. Maybe you should send them to Publix so that they can learn customer service with a smile on their face. I know that we don't live in the best neighborhood, but hiring hood people doesn't give you guys a good name. My company will no longer be shopping there we will go to Home Depot. Not that their customer service is only better.

Employees always willing to help with things like warranty. Good selection of tools. I recommend coming with the exact amount of money you intend on spending, because if not, you'll definitely end up leaving with 20 things you didn't even plan on buying. Love this place

will be reaching out to corporate about having such a rude person as mangers of this store. There use to provide better service with the previous management. Will no be renewing my membership and will start paying $20 dollars more for better service somewhere else.

For me it is spectacular, good service from the staff and the tools seem very good to me, the maracas are competitive with the maracas from other stores and better prices

Haven't been here in a while. Small tool shop with a little bit of everything. They used to be much cheaper, I guess times have changed. They still carry cheap tools to help with whatever you need.
