Excellent service. Master designer Alicia did an excellent job on my hair. Had my hair done at another salon and ended up with about 10 different color of highlights. Alicia fixed it. My kids say they would give her a 10 out of 11. Love my hair now.

Can't even put into words how dissatisfied I am with the level of incompetence in that salon. People please save your money and go somewhere else. They truly do not know how to cut hair at all.

I made an appointment online for a natural spiral curl the stylist that they gave me didn’t know how to do a twist and spiral curl they then sent me to another stylist who doesn’t know how to do hair this was the most horrible experience I left with a wet head not being done after taking the time out to make this appointment. I’m surprised this place stays in business

Listen up, my mom got the biggest disappointment this morning when she walks into jcpenney salon by appointment to have her hair done in bandu knots. First she was told that she didn't have an appointment then when the appointment was confirmed she was told that the person to do it is not here. She asked if there is anything else they could recommend for her hair type and all they offered was a wash and blow dry. My mom told them that she can do that herself and they just stood there looking at her. One staff offer to send her to another place to have it done. She went to look for the number and never return in about 5 minutes. My mom asked why would you advertise something when you can't deliver, there was no answer I believe she was treated with discrimination and that should not be. All because she is black with a different hair texture. Shame on you people that work in that salon. Just thought I would let people know before they go there and the same thing happen to them 😡ðŸ˜
