Do not come to this establishment! I came an hour and a half before closing and neither one of the techs wanted to service me. Then they stated they were closed but they don’t close till 7. They just didn’t want to work. Lazy and rude.

I can honestly say I absolutely love this nail salon. They are really affordable. I came there for a refill and a colour change for my toes and only played $65 for both the lady that did my nails. I wish I would’ve got her name but she did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this place and they do lashesfor all my ladies I like getting lashes done.

Worst experience I ever had in a nail salon Nail tech Magh Duc Nguyen did my nails I wanted a simple French with 2 of fingers with zig zag lines ... it took him 3-5 tries on each nail to get it done ... instead of him saying I can't do it he proceeded to try ? I had to say if it's hard for you let's do a simple French tips on all nails it took 2-3 times on each nail as well I was nervous because he had hair and dirt on my nail and still told me to place hand under gel light also it looked like I needed a refill once he was done ... my friends ask why I didn't say anything or not pay , I'm not that type of person I'm just a simple girl that wanted a simple French tip I pretty sure every nail tech knows how to do a French tip .... I was so mad and angry and let him finish and gave 92 dollars I normally tip 10$ for feet and nails this was the first time I never tipped my nail tech What I wanted vs what I got Look at puctures

I have been getting gel nails for over 10 years at another nail salon and they customarily last weeks. My regular nail technician was out of the country for the holidays so I decided to try Magic Nails for a manicure and gel.nails. I had this service on a Friday evening and when I woke up Saturday morning, an entire gel nail was in my bed. Went back to shop and they redid the nail. Then, when I woke up Sunday and 2 more nails had fallen off. Went back to shop and had them replaced. It Then to make matters worse, when I arrived home, another nail fell off?I do not recommend this shop and will not patronize them again. morning. 2 more nails had fallen off during the night. I don't know what product they use for gel nails, but it appears to be inferior.

Been to almost ALL nail salons in S. Miami to Fla City, this place is Best so far.. Lots of team work.. Boss/Supervisor treats the employees very good, that's what I observed..

This is a clean and organized nail shop. All the nail tech are professional,Michael was great he did my nails Exactly how i ask him.

The nail technicians at this salon are extremely rude. When I entered the salon, they did not bother to come to the front reception to ask what services I wanted, I had to scream across the salon because it seemed like all three nail technicians were too lazy and tired to care about the services I wanted. One of them with short unruly hair rolled her eyes at me several times and felt they were being racist therefore I turn my back around and left. They were even too lazy and rude to want to talk to me. I am disgusted that this good neighborhood has a business with such rude people. I will never ever come to this nail salon.

First time going and LAST!!! it's like they purpose took forever on alllllll the pedicures so that I would leave it was an hour wait and waste of time and act like they didn't even want to speak

Their salon is clean and they have a big selection of nail polish that are new and haven’t been sitting there for months.Did my nails with Brenda and she put time and detail into my mani and pedi. Everywhere else I’ve gone,they want to rush me in and out.Great service!

I had the worst customer service experience with Michael, the Manager. Last Friday I went in for the first time to do my nails and eyebrows and the young ladies who assisted me were both very niceeeee. Few days later, I went back because I had two chipped nails that needed to be removed and repolished @Magic Nails located at 19345 S Dixie Hwy, Cutler Bay, FL 33157 As i walked in Michael sat in his chair and explained "WHAT DO YOU NNED DONE" and He didn't want to get up to come and assist me with my issues and claims that I needed to walk up to him where he was sitting because I didn't want to talk from across the room to reply back. SMH When I tried to explain that my nail polish chipped and needed to be removed, he wanted to dismissed the facts and proceeded to tell me a story. I told him regardless, It has to be fixed, I was not interested in knowing why the polish cam off. As I sat down I told Michael that he needs to work on the way he treat the customers because customer service care is very important. He became belligerent and told me to be quiet before he kick me out of his chair. Mind you, the young lady sitting NEXT to him was in a state of SHOCK as I was amazed. I immediately thought to myself, this guy must be the owner and he is not afraid to lose his job if he is an employee for talking to a customer in this manner. Businesses needs to know this: A single negative interaction with a service employee displaying inappropriate behavior, bad manners, and an unfriendly attitude not only leads to poor customer experience but also leads to churn. According to a report by New Voice Media, 42% of consumers stop supporting a business because they are put off by rude or unhelpful staff which is another worst customer service mistake. I hope the owner will be able to do better.
