“Amigot is a wonderful salesman! He wasn't pushy and let my family and I discuss (argue a little) which sofa to choose. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different leathers, colors, and etc. He answered all of our questions and never forced us to buy.”
“My mother and I were looking for two new couches and Rufy was extremely helpful! He patiently answered our questions and let us take our time trying each couch that suited our needs. I’d definitely recommend asking for his help!”
“What a pleasure it was to be helped once again by Rosalia Leon!
Her kindness, patience, and professionalism make every visit a wonderful experience and always leave us looking forward to coming back. In fact, today we went in with the intention of buying just one item, but we ended up purchasing an additional one because she knows how to help customers without being pushy. She provides excellent guidance and genuinely enjoys delivering outstanding customer service.
We would also like to thank the Warranty Department for their prompt response and for resolving our issue.
Congratulations, Rosy! You left us wanting to come back, and we certainly will.
Thank you to City Home Cutler Bay for having such dedicated and customer-oriented employees!”
