I have an older Mercedes that is out of warranty, but I still go to the Cutler Bay Mercedes Benz dealership for service needs and they always take very good care of me. From my Service Advisor to the management team that approves the discounted work and coupons at times, they always exceed expectations. My family and I thank you so very much!

I absolutely love Jorge I will only be buying Mercedez Benz from now only based solely on the experience I had with him. He never made me feel like he was trying to sell me anything and did everything possible to get me exactly what I wanted. I never felt judged regardless of the pajamas I walked in with and all the staff at the cutler bay location was exceptional. The manager Carlos was reliable and communicative. Adrianna is an Angel from heaven it’s such a pleasure seeing her and interacting with her. I loved coming here and will be recommending this team and this location to everyone looking for a vehicle.

We have been customers of Mercedez of Cutler Bay for many years. The service is excellent and the previous two vehicles were great until we bought an electric vehicle! Beware of Mercede’s electric vehicles the EQB 4matic we purchased a year ago that cost $70000 the dealer says it’s only worth $38000. Our two other Mercedes vehicles did not depreciate 50% in a year, to me this just tells me their electric vehicles are not worth buying. DO NOT BUY ELECTRIC MERCEDEZ BENZ VEHICLES. WE will take the loss and never again buy a Mercedez Benz!

As a multi year Mercedes-Benz customer taking my business to another Mercedes service center. I was a bit concerned about who was going to take care of my vehicle after my advisor retired. Based on great comments about Cutler Bay I heard from close friends and family. I decided to go personally and talk with the service manager, Charlie Rodriguez about an issue with my car. Charlie, didn’t hesitate to help me out and rapidly take me to the service consultant, Orlando Bravo. Orlando was amazing from the get go. His professionalism and great sense of urgency towards my situation was outstanding. In matters of minutes he explained everything to the detail and my car got fixed within the hour. I was very impressed with the service overall but to make things even better for me, 3 days later I run into an unfortunate accident and their response to help me was great. They picked up my car and in a couple of hours Orlando was taking care of everything. Orlando’s communication skills are on point and I have no doubt that my car is in great hands. I cannot be more grateful with all the help, support and services. Thanks

Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay is the BEST PLACE to go for maintenance, repairs, or anything you need for your Mercedes! This is my four major maintenance, and they always take good care of my car. My service agent, Orlando Bravo, was excellent, professional, and knowledgeable! I love the video they sent me regarding the tires and brakes inspection. The only disappointment is that they no longer provide a Mercedes-Benz loaner, and you have to go with a rental car with Hertz. 100% recommended! I will keep taking my car back to this dealer in the future.

After encountering a repetitive problem with my vehicle, it became apparent that something major was happening. Nicholas Conroy assumed my account and not only de-escalated the problem, but ensured that the vehicle was addressed properly. I am highly impressed, and pleased with the professional manner in which he took the matter into his own hands! He addressed the problem and kept communication with me at all time. The ability to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. I can assure you that it was his "Excellent" service that diluted the matter, and allowed me to see that MB cares about developing a long-term relationship with their customers, than just making a sale. buenas a todos , las personas si son muy agradables pero el servicio de lo q te venden es un engaño, yo tengo un EQS 2023 eléctrico y me dieron dos años de extres gratis , no hay dónde cargarlo nunca , las plantas de carga no sirven cargan lento y funcionan poco para viajar no sirven porq te quedas sin batería y no hay carga y no pensar q hacer en un lugar q no conoces. te venden un seguro de goma y en menos de un año las gomas no sirven y como están gastadas no te las quieren cambiar perdistes el pago del seguro de las gomas y tienes que pagarles a ellos las gomas como en $500 cuando en una ponchera cuesta como $300. en realidad es un robo al costumer , no compren carros eléctricos el país no está preparado para eso. y lo q te ahoras en gasolina te lo gastan en electricidad en la casa. gracias.

The advisor Orlando Bravo was very professional and knowledgeable, he paid attention to my concerns and gave me an answer right back on time. I'll recommend Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay 100 percent. Another thing was that the technician sent me a video showing me what he was doing with my free diagnosis of my car's tires and brake pads. Phenomenal service, one of a kind!!!

I’m one to hate going to car dealerships but this location made the experience very pleasant. The Coral Gables location is an absolute disaster compared to Cutler Bay. I highly recommend this location over others which we have bought from before. I had the pleasure of having Robert assist me. Ask for him if he’s available. Very happy with my purchase!

Absolute most horrible customer service I have ever seen in a luxury automobile service center. They wait and hold your vehicle for days and days and days without a single phone call to let you know what’s going on with your car then when they finally do call you it’s we’re waiting on the part and it’ll take another week for it to get here so you’re literally stuck without your vehicle for two weeks or three weeks, communication is key in any customer service industry and Cutler Bay shows that they’re very very unprofessional in communicating with their customers
