Ruuuuuunnnnn!!! Thieves and they don't want to work... lazy mechanics and especially the guy up front.. don't bring your car here unless you want to give free money away... take your money and car else where... if I can give this place 0 I would... hope everyone reads this before being there car to this junk of a mechanic shop!!

I went to get an oil change at Midas for the first time on 11/4/23 i usually go to Toyota. Everything was ok at first I got my car back after 45. I left Midas to head to my nail appointment all my lights came on the dashboard the engine, the control system. I immediately called them and drove back there. To see what’s going on with my car because it was not doing that before I took it to them. The guy Neil tells me all that he done was the oil change and reset the maintenance control. Now I am even mad because on receipt they was supposed to have done the tire rotation and replenish the low fluids which no of that was done. So he then tells me drive around for an hour and if the lights don’t go off come back and we can do a diagnostic test and if anything else wrong we won’t charge you much. So the guy in the office states maybe it got wet from the rain. Never mind you it was not raining when I came to or left Midas. After an hour my car starting cutting out while I was driving. Thank God he keep his Angels around me. So I took it to auto zone to do the diagnostic test it says it was the mass control sensor. So I purchased the item and took it to get it place on. When they open my hood the hose was not connected to the engine so the car can breathe. I know things can happen but why was he even up there if he is only doing a oil change. After discovering that I was glad they didn’t do the tire rotation, tire’s probably would have rolled off while driving. Then it made me wonder did they do and oil change. He did. But people check your cars after being serviced. I will not be going back and will not recommend.Service: Oil change

After visiting multiple mechanics over 7 months for the 'tone" of the driving sound my Q7 was making, Manny and his team at Midas Cutler Bay were the only ones that accurately diagnose it and fixed the problem. They communicated well during the service and have through instruction on how to properly break in my new bearings hub and breaks. They will be the only ones servicing all my vehicles moving forward.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I had a repair at this shop approximately one month ago (3k). Today my car began having problems closely related to what was supposed had already been fixed. When I brought the car in to be evaluated the owner wanted me to pay for the diagnostics. I explained to him that this payment should be waved because I had just been here. I felt the owner was rude and argumentative and displayed no loyalty to his paying customers. Needless to say, I will took my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately i cant give zero stars. First and last time ever going here. I got tires mounted and balanced and then requested an alignment. I left the car and they called me back that they were “done” with all of it in 45min. I asked for an alignment print out but the could not provide it because the printer was supposedly broken. I refused to pay for the alignment if they didn’t prove it was done and they wouldn’t do that either unless i waited 1.5hrs… so i did. Instead of prove anything they removed the charge and i left. I immediately went to another shop and they provided proof that the car was way out of alignment. Also, of you’re going to lie about performing an alignment then dont have the same van parked on the alignment machine before an after the fake alignment.

Do not get your vehicle repaired at this location! June of 2022 I had a Serpent belt and pulleys replaced on my vehicle. While on the highway this week the belt broke almost causing me to have an accident and placing in grave danger while navigating off to the shoulder of the hwy. After speaking with the tow truck driver and several other mechanics they all indicated to me that these belts usually last several years and have never seen one break within a year of installation. They all indicated that most likely the belts was not installed properly or tension was not correct. Reached out location manager and a area manager both refuse to give me a refund! They wanted me to bring my vehicle back to them. There's no way I would have them touch my vehicle again, their inferior service could have cost me my life!

Horrible people are service. Had to call the police.I provided a picture, this is the tire they put on my rim. I gave them the tire they provided for me, and they switched out the nicer tire and gave me this one. I drove on this tire for 1 hour, and fortunately, it went flat in my front yard and not on the turnpike.
