Amazing staff! Just when I was about to give up looking for the part I needed, the manager noticed I needed help and went out of his was to assist with my issue that I was having. He was super patient and knowledgeable and made sure my problem was taken care of. Truly a great experience and highly recommend anyone to this location.

The staff is not courteous. I placed an order on line ,drove over 3 hours to the store only to be rudely told that the item was not in stock.In total I drove over 6 hours lost a whole work day and was treated by staff that found it impossible to give a common greeting or smile .

WARNING ⚠️
I purchase two jacks that Northern tools advertise as a 2000 ton jack. They sent me two 1-ton Jack. I called Northern tool and I explained to them the error in their advertisement that it was misleading and false advertising. they told me that they was going to send me paperwork so that I can return the jack. I never heard from them I called him three times more and they told me the same thing , were going to send me something that I would be able to return the jacks. I heard nothing from them. I got in contact with the better Business bureau ,and PayPal . all too no avail they told me that the jack would be able to lift my Challenger. a friend and I was trying to change my tire and this Jack almost killed the both of us. as you can see in the pictures the false advertising and the defective Jack that almost took our lives .do not do business with these people .they are not concerned for their customers

On September 24,2024, I had a blow out on one of my camper tires. Not only did they have the tire, the manager, Rick, let me use a 3 ton Jack to change the tire. Incredibly grateful and had an awesome experience in a bad circumstance. I’m beyond appreciative for the utmost customer service and helping hand.
