Not sure if it’s because it’s in Southland mall, but they don’t allow you to walk in and look around, you have to stand in line and wait for someone to come assist you, though there were only 4 people being helped… it’s sterling silver jewelry… like cmon.

I went in to exchange my ring and was advised I had to call in or do it online. Don’t make a purchase in this location if you’re looking to make a warranty exchange !!

I went to exchange a charm in which they said I couldn’t because it’s a last sale item. I said that was never said when it was bought nor does it say it on the receipt. If anything the person that sold those charms said we had 30 days to exchange. They said do to them being a franchised store they can’t exchange it. I called corporate and they stated you can go to any store and they have to exchange it. They people are ridiculous. And the manager got an attitude problem!

Horrible service for returns. Went to return a ring that was gifted to me as it was too big. They didn’t have my size. Then tried to return the earring and they said I couldn’t because they said no returns on them. Sooooo, I went to the store in Dadeland Mall and they did it for me, no problem at all. Dadeland will be getting my business from now on. DONT go to the Southland location, they only rip You off. So disappointed after all the money I’ve spent. Good news is Dadeland has a much bigger selection!

They’re liars. They said I could only exchange a charm in their store and no other. I contacted corporate and they told me that’s no true. Their receipt even says you can return to any store. They claim it’s because they’re a franchise but on the Pandora website they are marked as a normal full store, and there’s no policy online that they would have a different return policy. They also lied to my family member that they only have 2 bracelet sizes. The bracelet I was gifted is too large because they probably didn’t want to lose the sale being honest. Horrible store and a horrible reflection on the company. Pure scam.

Store Manager, Yuritzs was extremely unprofessional. I handed her my daughters bracelet ;purchased two weeks ago . First she asked immediately. " when was this purchased".My respond was two weeks ago. Please check my account and you can see purchase history. Well she went by saying . I wasn't able to exchange or return item. How I didn't purchase from that store. Nowhere in the receipt , mentions anything of that sort. My question is as follows. If I purchase something and I dont live close to the store. I as a customer have to return to the specific store of purchase? that's little unfair! Not all customers are right! but not all store mangers are nice!

The store it's ok don't have a lot of charms small store.I like The Falls better it's bigger more options. I brought a Mickey Mouse charm and a zodiac sign.

I got this ring about 6 months ago , it started turning black when is supposed to be rose gold pay 120$ for nothing really upset about Pandora quality they should stop selling this products and make costumers spend money for this bad quality items .

Great service, since the moment i walked in, the employees were very helpful and informative. I went to the mall to get lunch and came out with two beautiful bracelets for my gf and sister. Edita was the best, great customer service!

I purchased my items online to be picked up in store. When I arrived there was a line with about 25 people waiting outside. I went in to ask if I need to wait in the long line to pick up my items and was told yes! Pick up service isn't convenient AT ALL. I had my fussing 2 year old with me and stopped there after I dropped my son to practice. I didn't have time to wait in a long line....which is why I ORDERED ONLINE FOR PICK UP. I ended up not getting my items because my daughter needed to use the restroom, my older daughter needed to dropped to dance, and my son needed to be pick up! Now I have to make another trip there tomorrow. I'm extremely disappointed.
