The latest and greatest Publix opened in the the neightboorhood a few weeks back. Lots of space and parking. Inside is super clean and well-organized. They have everything you can want and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The product is carefully displayed. If you have been to other states and cities grocery stores you know how good we have it. There is also a pharmacy inside and they have a drive through too if you don't feel like going inside. The rest of the new plaza is empty right now. It will be very interesting to see what else moves in. I'm looking forward to what this area becomes. Hopefully shortly.

My doctor always send my medications on time electronically and my medications are never on time, like days delay. Awful, it's every time. I guess now they will be less rush with the another Publix!

I love this Publix, I really do but when I go to have a sandwich made at the Deli it's not uncommon to wait a half hour. Can't you have more help at lunch time making sandwiches?

I have no medical insurance and have always used GoodRx and Walgreens. However, my niece gets her prescriptions filled at Publix and told me how inexpensive they were compared to Walgreens and CVS. I transferred my Rx today (thank you Andrew) and David filled them right away (thank you David!) I used to pay roughly 80.00 every three months for two of my Rx. At Publix, I just paid 32.16. AMAZING!!! My doctor also called in one Rx that can only be refilled when he calls it in and instead of paying $58.00, I paid 18.33.

This is our neighborhood Publix and we've been shopping here since 2018 when we first moved to Cutler Bay. The employees are always committed to great customer service, and they go the extra mile no matter the department. There's no better place to get fresh produce at a good price, and no where better to shop in my opinion.

Extremely unorganized, two days delays on preparing the medication and giving you the wrong medication at the end! They need to fix their whole system from taking doctor's calls or VM to delivering the right medication which you would think is important..

I've been shopping at this publix for 16 years and want to acknowledge Scott Albright!!! He has gone above and beyond to help me and noticed how knowledgeable he is! I look for him every time I shop! I love shopping here because everyone is so nice and helpful. And Kudos to the guy at the seafood section! I dont know his name but I know that he's Asian and sooooo sweet!!! He knows what I want before I know what I want!!! Keep it up Publix Old Cutler!!!

Very friendly once they notice you. Extremely helpful but so busy that you get ignored sometimes ?

The Publix is fine. Not located in the best place, given that the parking situation isn't great. But, that seems to be the case at most Publix locations in South Miami-Dade County. The online orders are also a miss here, to echo another user. If you want to make sure your Publix deli sub is prepared right, just brave the line (or hopefully no line) in person.

Went to get a premium sub and they were out of vegetables that I wanted. Don't they have a produce department? Also, employees were following the signs posted for the aisles as the customers were not either because of this. Watch yourself while here.

Was shopping today and no one was following the social distance arrows on the floor but when I called someone out on it he was very nice but his wife turned around on me and told me to mind my own business and a few other choice words after I told her clearly you can't follow directions. She proceeded to follow me around the store and tried to stare me down by laughing and I told her I was not afraid of her,so Publix if no one is going to follow the arrows on the floor or your not going to inforce why are they still there. As I don't feel safe with spikes rising why aren't you forcing the guide lines or you just don't care.
