Going to the deli here for a sandwich is dreadful . How is it that they make you wait for a sandwich when you’re there in person waiting forever ,to make orders for people that are not physically there (online orders). Unacceptable and frustrating

Today i went to get a sub at the deli and there was an asian lady there who was making it for me, her attitude was horrible and didn’t want to understand how i was telling her to make my sandwich until a worker explained it to her and she said “i know” ? with a little smile on her face as if she was just trying to annoy me. I work at publix myself and have worked at the deli and her behavior is unacceptable, you are supposed to make the sub the way the costumer wants it not how YOU want it, she needs to fix her attitude if she’s working with people.

Pub subs were the best and there did is good but 5.00 is expensive for food service was great very helpful is was very clean people were telling us have a good day and every thing and the bathroom was clean
