Today we had a good experience at the Quest, my 3 children were taken care of by Claudia, who took great care of us. My daughter has veins that are almost invisible and she immediately knew how to catch the Vein. The youngest one started crying horribly and she knew how to calm him down. She is very professional in every sense of the word.

The place was very organized. The people were very nice and professional. The office was run like a well maintained machine! Smooth and fast!! I loved the option to check in with my phone. All the employees were vey kind!!

I did not drive to Quest lb. My Florida Blue medicare advantage has a company that is called my Home Doctor and they make visits to patients home to draw blood and order other tests
I did encounter a problem I was scheduled Feb 11 Tuesday bloodwork at my home but was not called to confirm the time of the visit,
They did not show up for the blood work visit and they did not call to tell me they had to reschedule. until I called them
I had to make the call and they told me that they had changed the blood work home visit to Feb. 12 Wed. There seems to be a lack of communication on the part of My Home Doctor to me the patient member

I arrived with an appointment and needed some help checking in—the staff was very helpful. They were kind, fast, and highly professional. I had a great experience—quick and seamless, just as it should be everywhere! I’m very pleased with the service and grateful for the dedicated staff doing their job so well.

Great service, appointments are super easy on line, checking in is breeze, they call you within minutes and the staff is very professional and friendly. I could no fathom using any other lab for my tests.

My visit has been and always is an amazing comfortable, reassuring, and a positive visit!. Everyone is so friendly and makes me feel very comfortable under the circumstances. the tech that usually takes care of me , was as always very friendly and professional. Her amazing experience in getting my vain to draw blood without having to prick me various times has made me a loyal Quest customer for many years. And to finish this survey, I just want to say that the ease of looking up my results, comparing them, and sharing them with anyone I need to, is an amazing asset and positive feature of this company.

Tanya was absolutely amazing!! I came in as a walk-in only for a pre-employment drug screen and she was able to do all my extra labs (which I initially was not intending on doing in the same visit) without hesitation or issue! She made conversation with me and made me feel so welcomed. It's evident that she clearly loves what she does and it shows in her work. She deserves a raise to compensate for all her hard work!!
