Visiting my dad in Miami and wanted a cigar after we left the water. Stopped by as it was on our way home. Their selection is small very small but they have what you need. Thats the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars. However, their customer service was great and their house cigars are second to none. In all honesty go there and get the house cigars you will not be disappointed. I bought 3 house cigars and 2 padron 1926’s.great customer service and house cigars I will be back every time I come back to Miami

Very friendly and welcoming experience. I was immediately greeted and helped the moment I walked in. Cigars were in good shape. Will definitely be coming back regularly.

I returned to Saga Bay Cigars due to the very good service I had received previously, I sat down to enjoy one of their cigars while I worked, which took me 3 hours. When I left the premises I was surprised that the owner called me to tell me that if next time I was going to have to give myself so much time that I would have to buy more than two cigars which I saw as unprofessional and disrespectful...

Nice cigar shop. Was only there to pick a few cigar for the evening, but I had a very pleasant experience. Will definitely be back to pick some more up and even try out their leather couches. Next to a great Cuban food local. Definitely recommend.

I left Saga Bay Cigars extremely impressed by Marcelo’s excellent hospitality. He is the sole purpose on why I will return and I don't really smoke cigars as often. I recommend Saga Bay Cigars because of their variety of high quality brand cigars and just because of Marcelo’s excellent demeanor
