Today, October 7 2024 I had to step out of your gas station 2 hours from now when I went to put the gas I used my card. I saw the sign that you guys had only premium. I decided not to put gas because I know you doing it for people to buy you the premium that's illegal not only that driving I have an alert from the bank, saying your gas station put $175 make sure that it does not go through because with all the proof that I had, I Will bring the news to your place I speak to my bank already, and there are alert about the situation
At this gas station I was going to put gas and I realized that they have a sign up that they want to sell the prize even though they have regular gasoline but it is not on shelf. I decided not to put the gas and when I am half way down the block I get an alert from the bank saying that from there they had given me $175 worth of gas.

I just stopped by to fill my gas tank and buy lotto and the employee told me that it is closed until 3:00pm.How is that possible.Where does the poor service of workers towards customers go? 05/06/2023

Charged me 50$ on the wrong pump and didn’t give me a refund, avoid this place. Belligerent old ladies with attitude work here.

Horrible service. Worst shell gas station. Called the store and I was hunged up on. When I called back no one ever picked up the phone. There vacuum and air pump ate my money. I asked for the number to request my refund. All I was asking was for information and I was treated so rudely. So disappointed!!

I was there just a couple of minutes ago to get water and the guy kept sweeping while I was on front of him, he was close to the door and I knocked and he still ignored me. After 4 minutes he told me he can't service me cause he had others things to do, he had a big attitude and can clearly see he didn't want to be working there. It's all on cctv which no one is gonna bother looking!!!

Went to pick up a 12 pack of corona and the gentleman told me he could not sell it to me because it doesn't fit in the drawer and he couldn't open the door either. Would not recommend passing by here at night. Had to drive to CVS to get what I needed.

I bought bag of barbeque coal and within 5 min i went back because my sister called said no longer needed. So i went back and explain to the cashier what took place she made a mistake in charging me twice thinking i was purchasing it again,i ask her just give me gas instead of a refund and she got rude and said see the sign on the counter no refund i explained what happen , so she refuses to refund me my $7.48 , but only refunded the addtional charge which was a mistake she made its christmas day and she was rude about it. All i wanted was gas instead of the money back. I will never purchase anything inside. I never got my refund or gas.
