Hire more Americans and not people that only speak Spanish. Your employees are super rude. I came in the store, they don't say hello, they're just sitting there talking in Spanish to each other. Incompetent don't know anything about paint.

The guy working on 11/11/2024 between 5pm-6pm east hour should be fired, he was extremely disrespectful and aggressive to me in front of my children's.

The person closed the door on our face and told us that the store was closed for inventory at 12:45pm. Big stores never closed because of a inventory. Thats crazy,then we go to another store located 152nd and they were on inventory but store was opened but cant help us because it is supposed to be in the one near to me. Dont be lazy managing another person business and take care of the customers

the only Sherwin Williams that no matter if i call a day in advance never mixes my order , this time it wasn’t even in the system .. don’t use this one if you are looking for convenience .
