I visited the store on 04/28/2024 at 6:50 pm with my wife and mother-in-law who is an an elderly person, after 5 minutes in the store the employee turn the light off and left us in the middle of the darkness with the potential risk of fall for my mother-in-law who was trying some shoes, at that point we could not buy all shoes we wanted, so we just bought one pair of shoes and left other behind But when we were at the cashier( young lady) we tried to advised her regarding the risk of fall for elderly people if they turn off the light when customer are trying shoes on, also we advised them to keep the light on until customer is done, She just said that is not her business since she just follow up orders, we tried to remark that her actitud did not represent a good customer service, but all of the sudden the cashier ( young lady)started insulting us shouting loudly and saying bad words ( very offensive words) and literally kicked us out of the store in a very aggressive manner at the point that we thought she will attack us... Fortunately she was stopped by another employee who pull her inside the store when her aggressiveness was escalating... Just for you information that my mother in law is an elderly and sick person visiting Miami for the very first time, she also suffer from multiple medical conditions included PTSD and Panic attack, she was very terrified that the employee would attack her. We did not know to who approach to complaint since the store was closed.. I just want supervisors to check security cameras or footage out to get the whole evidence of the event..We have never had such an experience at Skechers before...We consider that employee behavior was very inappropriate and aggressive.. In addition she she made the store lose money by not allowing us to buy the shoes... we are requesting at least an apology from the employee( unknown name). Regarding Skechers we still consider it is one of the best Shoe store and very friendly place to go but unfortunately some employees do not represent the place they are working for...Skechers should be more strict with the hiring process or supervising customer services...I'm giving one star because no chance for 0 star...
