I love this salon. I can't say enough great things about the owner Yida who does my hair. She is an excellent colorist and is brilliant with the scissors. I only go to her to get my hair done since moving to Fl. 18 years ago. Prior to that I was with the same hair stylist Robert for over 25 years in Chicago. You find someone that is extraordinary and you stay.

This is my first and last time coming here. Let me tell you. I made an appointment for me to get a relaxer and this was the worst service of my life. The minute I walked in, one of the ladies looked at me and told me "we don't have time for you". I went and got my hair done with Beca. She was sweet and amazing but didn't take her time at all. The relaxer was burning my scalp and I told her and she told me I had to wait because it wasn't ready yet but again, MY SCALP IS ON FIRE. Finally when she went to wash my hair, she didn't realize that my burned my skin at the same time. Here's some pictures. If she had listened when I said my scalp was burning, it would have been a better experience but never again. Plus, it was busy for a Saturday but if you make an appointment, you shouldn't have double booked, since she's taking care of 2-4 people at the same time. Normally, I spent about 2 1/2 hours getting a relaxer but I spent over 4 1/2 hours for bad service.

I've gone to this salon several times now for color, cut and blow dry and have always been extremely happy with the results. My hair looks so shiny and healthy. Dayli does an excellent job blow drying my naturally curly hair!
