Poorly stocked ink supplies and signage in store is mismatched to actual locations of products. Will have to order ink on line direct from HP. Had to go to Michaels for Card Stock paper. Associate not available on floor to help, Cashier was pleasant enough but brick and mortar store leaves much to be desired.

I was in this place, incredibly, it was my first time and it was fatal. I asked for help 4 times, all of them told me let's go and no one came to assist me. Only Mr. Marvin, who finally asked for help and he came immediately. The rest was never helpful. As a result of the delay due to ignorance and not knowing, time ran out and I had a charge of more than 50 USD for something very simple. There should be someone assisting people like me who are going for the first time.

This Staples location has been my go-to due to its comprehensive offerings, but Nora's behavior in the printing section was subpar. She displayed indifference toward assisting me and two non-English speakers with printing needs. The two non- English speakers, asked Nora for help and she simply told them that this was a self serving department. One of the non-English speakers continue to explain they didn’t understand the printers and needed her help. She simply brushed them off. Fortunately, another employee provided expert guidance on self-service printing to the two non- English speakers and addressed the discoloration issue promptly that I was having. Given Nora's supervisory role( when asked what her position was), her lack of support was concerning, leading me to inform a store supervisor and request corporate or HR involvement, as this may not be the first instance of such behavior.

Very bad experience, I was waiting for half an hour for them to help me print a document and they never came, I had to go somewhere else.

I went to turn old electronics. After I got a cart and brought them in, I guess it was the manager (he never identified himself), told me there was no room. As I was taking the cart towards the door, another employee looked at the cart and said, leave it, we have room for that.
I thanked him and left.
Still mulling over canceling my Staples account.

I recommended Staples at US-1 Cutler Bay. I found exactly what I was looking for (office desk). The seller provided good service and delivered it to my car, the product was in perfect condition and the instructions were correct so I could ensembled it easily. Good price.

I had an episode yesterday where the ambulance had to be called on me. I want to apologize to the manager and employees for disrupting the store. I am very appreciative of the manager who was very understanding of my situation. I didn't get his name but he was great along with the young lady behind the counter where we can return Amazon items. Thank you for the kindness and understanding and helping me feel I was not a burden to the store. I'm very thankful and grateful to be surrounded by employees with compassion.

Why do people even work here if they're not going to do their job? I needed to use the printers and found literally the most unhelpful attendants ever. I helped four other people with the printers while they just watched. I should be working there because the people actually working there are the equivalent of clothing store mannequins except even mannequins do their job better than that.

I cant believe im even doing this. Im taking the time to write this review because of how bad my experience was. The cashier that was attending me named Angelina had an attitude with me. She was very inpatient with me. She seemed preoccupied with another gentleman that works there. staples please do better

Love this new way to earn more rewards and points to be redeemed offered me a push to get more items for purchase. Now I just need to keep that list of items we can take in for rewards, includes lots of tech items that may be lying around your home or office.
