This location is absolutely horrible. Do not got there even if it's your last option just order it online. The service there is terrible I was trying to get a galaxy watch five for my mother and I called they said they had it so I drove there and waited for an hour just to talk to some p**** of a guy which let two people go in front of me. Then I ask why he let two people go in front of me and he said nothing. Then I go to ask him for the watch and when he checked the safe they said they made a mistake and had the 4 instead of the 5. I wanted to punch him in the face for letting wait an hour and 30 min for him to tell me that. Worst T mobile should close down.

Careful with this company I try to support small business but so far they have been bad. They also do phone repair so I took mines in on Thursday and they said it would be ready on Friday, it is now Sunday and I have been calling both numbers throughout the 3 days and no one picks up and when I go to the store they are closed. Looks like at this point are stealing my property and will be reported as such.

For years I liked this company. I bought 100 dollars worth of minutes at a time so the minutes would last year as I spent much of the year abroad. In the summer, I added more money/minutes. After TEN years of this, when I came home in 2017 my account was gone and my phone number was given away. I called, complained, cajoled but my remaining money on the account was not returned, my phone number was not given back and even getting a person on the phone was practically impossible. I HATE this company for screwing over a loyal customer and not trying to do anything to fix it.

After such a horrible experience, I will like to raise a complaint against T-Mobile. I have never experience such a bad customer service especially from such a company. Two week ago me and my family decided to start looking for options to change our family plan from ATT since we have been struggling with the data, we didn't have unlimited and we were sharing 15 GB of data between 5 of us. I decided to call T-Mobile since a coworker mention that they had a program that they will pay off your current plan so we can switch. After a long call in the afternoon I spoke to a representative who explained the plans and how the carrier freedom program works, which included us getting visa cards up to $650 per phone that we need it to switch and we will have to finance new phones and send the old ones back. This sounded perfect, exactly what we needed so we decided to go pick up the rest of the family member after work and we walked into the T-Mobile store located in US 1 and 124th ST, Monday after that we spend another hour making the line at the postal mail office to send the phones back and even had to pay for the boxes to send the phones because the store didn't have any. A couple days after we start getting the text messages that the first two phones were received and a Trade in Value will apply to our account and this is when the real nightmare started: Bad enough that we had to go to two different stores and call T-Mobile 3 times, we start getting this texts and the family starts freaking out when they see this, I called customer service right away while I'm at work and the person over the phone didn't had a clue what I was saying about getting Visa Cards, the representative over the phone clearly said to me: I'm very sorry they explained everything wrong to you but not everything is so pretty and perfect in the world, this is how it works and we are giving you credits and you have to pay off out of packet your ATT account. I was furious and requested for everything to be cancel and our phones to be sent back. Off course the answer was sorry we can't do that have a nice day. So after the worse experience of my life, two week of problems with my family members because of T-Mobile and so many hours waited at work and home calling customer service, we are extremely disappointed and dissatisfied, and on top of everything now we have to come out of pocket with $700 to make sure that ATT doesn't report us to the credit bureaus for not paying them. So I have decided to seek legal assistant in the matter, raise a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and file and official complaint against T-Mobile, I will also make this public so other people like me don't go through this horrible experience. I still expect a solution before the end of the month of January of 2019, but at this point I don't expect much. Every single employee from T-Mobile that I have spoken with had showed a huge lack of knowledge and respect. I'm very disappointed that such a company is so disorganize and such a disaster that it will cost our family such a bad experience to the point that now there is even arguments between our family members. This has been the worse two weeks ever and we still have to deal with ATT. Sincerely, Giselle Rodriguez.

Excellent store! I opened new lines and moved from Verizon and I couldn't be happier! I only go to see Emmanuel. He is fantastic! Always takes his time with you and never misses a step. Never tried to sell or lie either. I've had bad experiences at Verizon before. Thanks Emmanuel!

The service is horrible at this location. We walked in and weren't even greeted. Had to look around to see where we could sign in. We found the list on one of the counters and when we were getting ready to put our names the manager Juan jumps out of the back room (probably saw us on the camera) and asked how he could help us. He put us on the list and said someone would be right with us. There were only two other employees which were with large families that were doing upgrades and who knows what else. Waiting over an hour and seeing that the manager was not doing anything expect looking at his phone and on one of the computers I decided to ask him if he could assist. He said he could not and that we were next in line. I told him that we had been waiting for over an hour and that the list was not moving. He did nothing to help. Sounds pretty crazy to me that the manager cannot help out his employees when they are low on staff. Do not recommend this location whatsoever.

This is a horrible store to go to. Very bad service and no attention to detail. The store wasn't even busy and I waited a very long time. No warm welcome and when she was done assisting me she just walked away not even advising me that we were done or even tell me to "have a good day". Very bad hospitality service and the manager William Ghersi was no better. Looking on his phone not even assisting a customer himself when he saw that his team was busy. Will never go here again!
