Horrible customer service a lady named Karla g was super rude. She told me I had a hold for 6 business days. That have already past. She said due to holidays I have to wait another 5 days. Then when I asked her is there anything she can do. She said no with an ugly look on her face. lol it’s funny how she got mad doing her job! When I’m just a client with a problem. Don’t open an account with td. They will not help you they hold your money for more than 9+ days. And stay away from this hideous woman’s attitude save your self a problem.

Opened a new acount today with BRIAN today. I hope you give that young man a raise and promotion super fast and nice. Was shocked on how fast he opened my new account. MAYBE 20 minutes and he did everything for me and got my mobile app set up too. Im not good with computers and Brian answered all my questions. Thanks again!!!

I received hands down the best customer service here at this branch today. I came in with an issue (my fault) with online banking. I needed to verify information and withdraw funds. I was greeted by Allison and she helped me with clearing out the security issues I had on my account. Thank you Allison! You make me happy we decided with TD bank

is a small bank and now you have to wait a little for someone. it didnt used to be that way, but every place you go to is the same. its the price you pay when they built and built.This bank needs to have more customer sevice people to accomodate theincrease in people. I have had always great service invluding tellers snd drive thru. Wish they operate the same hours as before.

I don't give zero stars because you can't...TD BANK is a terrible bank and service...they closed my account without notice, my car payment and my credit card were late because of them...I won't have it again No account with them...they don't give me back the money I had on my debit card...they say 30 days...the worst of the worst...don't go

If you want to waste your time come to td bank Since 11 am I have been waiting for more than 2 hours for my zelle to be fixed. The employee told me that I have to call Zelle and I told him that I did not do business with Zelle for today, they do not give you limits on bank transactions and other things, the calls are long and they do not answer again on the day. With this bank I have had several problems, the cashier swallows the card when making deposits and several times the teller does not even recognize the money that is put in, the last time the teller swallowed the money that I put in and the next day the money was reflected in the account, NOT AT THE MOMENT, at this moment they are demanding that I must pay $250 dollars that I PUT MY MONEY IN CASH INTO MY ACCOUNT THROUGH THE ATM, that is, what is this and the WORST IS THE LACK OF RESPECT THAT I RECEIVE, THE MAAAAAL TREATMENT THAT I RECEIVE FROM THEIR WORKERS BECAUSE THEY SAY THAT I PRACTICALLY STEAL, I come to close my accounts with this bank because I'm tired…
Where I could put a NEGATIVE RE rating I would!
I do not recommend this entity, DON'T DO IT, you will have a lot of headaches.
