I received hands down the best customer service here at this branch today. I came in with an issue (my fault) with online banking. I needed to verify information and withdraw funds. I was greeted by Allison and she helped me with clearing out the security issues I had on my account. Thank you Allison! You make me happy we decided with TD bank

is a small bank and now you have to wait a little for someone. it didnt used to be that way, but every place you go to is the same. its the price you pay when they built and built.This bank needs to have more customer sevice people to accomodate theincrease in people. I have had always great service invluding tellers snd drive thru. Wish they operate the same hours as before.

I don't give zero stars because you can't...TD BANK is a terrible bank and service...they closed my account without notice, my car payment and my credit card were late because of them...I won't have it again No account with them...they don't give me back the money I had on my debit card...they say 30 days...the worst of the worst...don't go

02/10/2023 5:23 PM: I went to open an account and Ms. Bell told me is too late to open an account, they close at 6:00PM and they cannot help us. I argued with her because legally they must serve during the business hours, and I saw bank personnel available and no body waiting for services. She asked to Ms. Karla and this person offered all possible obstacles to serve to us finally saying we don’t have enough documentation for open an account. They use to do this at this hours. They should be re-evaluated as employees and to consider if they are qualified for the customer services that their job positions require

If I could give this bank a 0 i would. We just opened an account here a few weeks ago. We have tried for over a week to send money via zelle. Kept getting rejected. Our account can receive zelle but can't send. i send an email to the bank. they respond with the generic "you can send money through zelle" i tell them been trying that over a week. They then direct me to call tech support. i get Taylor on the phone. He proceeds to tell me that our account is on hold. i said i knew that. i saw it online but i want to know why? is it because of the amount of attempts i tried? he said i don't know. i said who would know then because they are having me call here. he tells me to try calling zelle. i said to him why would i call zelle? with my other account at Region's when there has been an issue with Zelle i call them and they have handled it. he then tells me there is nothing he can do for me. so i ask to speak with a supervisor and he said he would not transfer me to anyone. i asked if he was serious. he said yes. i asked him for his last name and he said he would not give it for security reasons. i then asked for his employee # he said he didnt have one. I own a business and prior to that i had been in management in roles from supervisor to my last position which was VP of Operations. i have NEVER come across such HORRIBLE customer service! we will be closing the account in the coming days and i will make sure that everyone i know understands the kind of employees that work at this bank. i am astonished at this interaction. NEVER in all my years have i had an interaction like this with a company

I went to the bank to do two things to get a new debit card and to get a name removed from my checking account off a deceased person. I got to the bank at around 12:20 pm. I join the line to be able to get service. When I finally got to the front of the line, I informed the woman who was sitting there. I needed a new debit card and I needed to remove someone from my checking account, she immediately said well you need to have the person with you, considering manner. I looked at her and I said the person is deceased. Her response was I'm sorry we can't process that today, we close at 1 o'clock. I said I need a new debit card she said our debit card machine is not working. I can't tell you her name because she made sure she covered it with some thing that she was wearing. I went and went to the bank, TD Bank on the corner of S. Dixie Highway and SW. 144th St. took me 20 minutes to drive from the previous location. I got here went inside they were amazingly helpful. Same questions how may we help you said I need a new debit card and I need to remove someone from my checking account and she and they were OK is this person here with you and I said no the person is deceased and they were like oh our condolences. A very kind attitude. They were able to get everything done in 15 minutes. I out the bank at 1:10. Adrian at SW. 144th St. and S. Dixie Highway, T D Bank location is an amazingly kind considerate and helpful young man. I really appreciate how he helped me today.
