“I have to give it to this goodwill location. Lately, the last few times I've visited this location, I am always met with very friendly staff always offering to help. Other locations in Miami have somewhat rude or dry employees. Along with their friendly service, the store is always well maintained and organized.”

“This is a well-stocked thrifting dream, except for one small thing: the prices. I love the variety, the ‘dig through stuff’ vibe of the inventory, and the complete lack of any clothing (thrifted clothing is over-done, in my opinion). As you might see from the pictures, the store is not terribly large, and the shelves are really, really full. You can just stand in one spot and scan the shelf to see what’s there. But, the prices are not really “thrift”. The prices are more “resale”. I don’t mind reselling generally because I appreciate that resellers have to go and find things people want to buy. But I didn’t like expecting thrift stuff and then getting sticker shock. That took my experience from five star to four star. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was pleased that the person there was willing to negotiate prices, so if you get to shop here, and you don’t like the price, just ask if they’ll take a lower price. He was reasonable to negotiate the prices.”

“I love my old people, they are so nice to everyone and they try to make you happy with your purchase. What more can you ask for if the love they treat you is more than enough?”

“I really like this Goodwill location. The store is neat, organized, and not overcrowded, it's easy to browse with plenty of clothing options to choose from. However, the area around the store isn’t the safest. There are often people begging or homeless near the entrance, which can feel uncomfortable when arriving or leaving.”

“I cleaned out my son's closet and I gave a lot of dress shirts never worn with tickets still on them, dress pants, shorts, t-shirts and swimsuits The employees at this location are very nice.”

“This is one of my favorite locations to visit. I have found numerous deals here and other times I’ve found neat things/knick knacks. The times I’ve visited, the store is clean and well maintained including the women’s bathrooms. Good bye to searching for all your “color of the day items” to put down first when checking out. Now with the new system and registers, check out is much easier and faster. You just give all the items to them and the computer gives the discount(s) and does the rest.”

“This place has great furniture and is very affordablly priced. I believe he's a manager, and his name is Ben; he is AWESOME! He has great customer service, a great personality, friendly, funny, enthusiastic, and is one of the reasons I'm a repeated customer! I frequent this place at least a couple times a week, if not more! Great Job!”
