Rudest pharmacy staff ever! They just don't care about their customers who are also patients in need of dire medications. Never in my life have I seen such careless, incompetent individuals work in a pharmacy. They should ALL be fired!!! They allow the phone to ring and ring, place customers on hold and "forget about them". Just plain rude and ignorant!

Terrible service from the pharmacy on the phone. They never answer or they pick it up and hang up on you. It's not the first time this has happened to me with them.

Just went to the pharmacy on a Monday and while the website says the pharmacy is open till 10pm they closed at 9pm so I wasted my trip. They don’t advertise this and is highly inconvenient. I will change my pharmacy from Walgreens to another company

If I could give a 0 star I would. The drive through lane is absolutely TERRIBLE! 4 cars ahead takes 1+ hrs. The employees are absolutely inefficient. I will never recommend this Walgreens to anyone when it comes to Pharmacy!

This is the most unprofessional Walgreens I have ever been to, not only are The pharmacist or whatever the heck they are, are slow, ignorant, and just not understanding their basic job duties. I called but of course was on hold with the pharmacist for about 30 minutes until I was hung up on, I ended up at the window with a rude lady call Daniella or whatever her name was very hard to understand her over the window. To tell me my medication would be done in an hour. In a hour to pack some medicine??????? I don't know how guys are open if every single time I have a problem here, EVERY TIME EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY ALWAYS GET SOMETHING WRONG. Always. Very disappointed. I am talking about the whole pharmacist side. The pharmacy is a disaster. Had to put one star to write this but I wouldn't give them not even one. They are Terrible!!!!

Line is always long because there is always one cashier that takes forever. There is a super rude cashier. He is older fat and cross eyed. He never greets you or thanks you. Go to another Walgreens if you want great customer service not below grade customer service that makes you feel like you're bothering them!

Waiting for my prescription to be delivered after it said ready. 2 weeks later, called pharmacy and prescription was never filled. Now waiting for it again to be filled for 2 hours, and I have to send someone to pick up for me. Terrible. Go to another pharmacy.

Complete incompetency. I'm actually the Doctor Who prescribed 2 medications for a patient. Old lady. She goes to pick up the medication they only give her one they don't even explain that there is one missing the patient goes back home thinking that she only has one medication. Not a single warning not a single explanation that you have to wait for the second medication. I'm not even sure they took the second medication as a prescription. This is not the first time this happens all the time it's a bunch of people who are probably very functional. But not employable.

Not a surprise this is a 1.5 star Walgreens... the pharmacy is the slowest probably in the country. They have no employees (and its mot because of Covid has always been the case) This place is a zero stars...

The pharmacy and pharmacists are absolutely awful at this location. They never answer the phones, and when they do they put you on hold and hang up on you. They are always out of my daughters medication and make no attempts to call the insurance company or Dr. This got so bad, the Dr had to call himself and make arrangements to switch to medzdirect. Don’t want to do your jobs? Move over and let someone else make your pay. Shameful

Worst pharmacy employees I've ever dealt with. Every month they take 1-2 weeks to refill my anxiety prescription. They make excuses that's it's the provider not them. They keep you on hold as long as they can. I've had a couple anxiety attacks because of them. Could be because they are backed up but their going to be liable one day big time when someone doesn't get there needed medication.

The pharmacy is filled with illiterate people. Especially the brunette with glasses. In my opinion they should fire everyone and just restart. To add, besides being slow mentally they're slow physically and lack customer service and have a don't care attitude. Take your business to the cvs down the street they're nicer and actually are more caring. PS if i could give it zero stars, i would.
