Such slow service, especially at the pharmacy. They take forever even when you have an appointment and its hardly ever busy. Really slow staff. You'll lose your patience, so really think through if you want to come here

Wow! Please for the love of God! If your looking for any service in the pharmacy department, don't hold your breath. Stay clear! This pharmacy is a train wreck! No a single care giving in this department! And calling in forgot about, you will be on hold forever! Lack of customer service at this location is baffling to me! Just got off the phone tonther headquarters and I really hope they do something about this cause frankly this is disgusting. Never experienced customer service like this ever. Highly disappointed!

If you need to use pharmacy services....go somewhere else.... Terrible customer service, they tell you they have RX in stock when in actuality they don't. This is not the first time, this has happened multiple times! They do not care. Why would they. Just avoid it.

Their passport photo section doesn’t work, and the employees did nothing to try and get it to work. Just turned it on and off and said “not working”. This is someone who is supposed to be dedicated to this section.

ONE STAR FOR ME!!! Been put on hold for 20+ minutes and nothing has been said to me other than “please wait” and then put on hold again… and after sitting there patiently waiting I was hung up on! Unbelievable

The female pharmacist at this store is extremely rude, and does not know how to do her job. I called my insurance and asked that if I need to use my insurance to get a script given to me by my doctor. The insurance said I do not need to use them and can choose to pay for it out of pocket. She denied grabbing my medication I have been paying for out of pocket for years because she wanted to make me wait for a PA even though I was bypassing using my insurance like I have every month.

I’m not sure if the pharmacy is severely understaffed or they don’t want to do the work. But every time I call here to speak with a pharmacist, some says “give us a moment” every 2min for a minimum of 20-30 mins. In an attempt to avoid driving there for no reason, I am calling again. Currently at 20 wait. 10 times they have said “give us a moment” and back on hold.

I have come to this Walgreens for medicine 3 times. And they don't know where they stand. The first day they didn't give it to me. I called the doctor to complain that they did not place the order and they gave me proof that it had already been sent the first time. I went back to Walgreens and the system was down. I couldn't even check if there was an order under my name. And today, for the third time, I get the story that I didn't have anything and then that the insurance didn't cover it and then that it wasn't going to be ready for 2 hours. I will change pharmacies. There are three best.

No matter how many employees at the pharmacy. Always a line that does not move efficiently
