Spent 20 min on hold, totally not the employees fault. Once I connected with someone, she was so incredibly condescending and rude. I genuinely just had a question regarding if a medication was in stock. What a peach to speak to.

the absolute worst pharmacy on the planet avoid at all costs they transfer you to different pharmacies and once you reach the right one 25 minutes later they loop you so that you call is never answered the absolute worst kelly fiume

I had a discrepancy with a reload card . The manager made sure that everything will be resolved . It was the 3rd party that was giving me the issue .

I searched google maps for “Lamination services” and google led me to FedEx within Walgreens. One employee referred me to another (manager?) who told me they had no lamination services at that site, she was very unhelpful and not apologetic, and was not interested in reporting the advertising mistake.I was going to buy many other items while I was there. I left them for the manager to put away. It was false advertisement to lure me to shop there.

Absolute trash customer service for the pharmacy customers. No one ever wants to pick up the phone and if they do they will put you on hold for 5-10 minutes and then hang up on you. The lines are always over an hour long in person in store or drive through. They send you messages that medication is ready and after you make a trial to the store they say it was an error. Looking for a local pharmacy that is not Walgreens and can offer a a small town feeling to customers.

The level of incompetency at this walgreens is truly astonishing. They’re are absolutely incapable of answering the phone. The online system truly never works. I resorted to the online chat system to refill my prescription and was circled back to being forced to call the pharmacy as my only option to refill my prescription. At this point I have a better chance of witnessing Santa Clause then I do of refilling a prescription at this self proclaimed “pharmacy.” More like a dollar general with an excessive inventory of first aid supplies and pedialyte. Rant over. Switch to CVS. I’m out.

Rudest pharmacy staff ever! They just don't care about their customers who are also patients in need of dire medications. Never in my life have I seen such careless, incompetent individuals work in a pharmacy. They should ALL be fired!!! They allow the phone to ring and ring, place customers on hold and "forget about them". Just plain rude and ignorant!

Went in at 10:57 to pick up some otc medication for upset stomach. I usually don’t like going anywhere close to the closing time but was really feeling bad. When arrived the front door was closed. An employee came out to tell me they were closed. When I said they usually close at 11 he gave me an attitude and told me they had no way of charging me because they had already closed the registers. He had a very nasty attitude. Unbelievable.

My scripts were suppose to be ready yesterday and confirmed to my nurse upon my release from baptist. They were NOT and are suppose to be delivered still don't have them one of which regulates my heart beat. THEY DON'T CARE

I had CVS. Pharmacy. Then I changed to Walgreens, but for my surprise my RX. Cost 200 dollars when I used to pay 40 dollars at CVS. Also I went to buy an eyeliner that was 3 dollars off on my Walgreens app. But the old Indian cashier refused to help me to get my 3 off.

If I could give a 0 star I would. The drive through lane is absolutely TERRIBLE! 4 cars ahead takes 1+ hrs. The employees are absolutely inefficient. I will never recommend this Walgreens to anyone when it comes to Pharmacy!

They treat customers badly, they have no education, mainly two young man and woman, who are at the till, they could not or do not know how to give me the receipt, the worst employees, today April 9, and having spent more than one hundred dollars.

Never again wallgreens. ? Your employees do not understand what they are doing. Saying that you don't know my insurance, Tricare, and asking for my social security number is not the way. Saying I have to pay $200 for my insurance covered medicine, insurance you accept, it is unacceptable. If your employees do not understand something, get somebody who does and do not fight or try to belittle your customer. Especially when that customer has been getting their medicine with you for the past 4 years, for their entire family, with the same insurance you have suddenly refused. Make it make sense. A little bit of training and attention to detail can go a long way.

Town of Cutler Bay is aware of the damage to The community by this Walgreens & will be taking ACTION! Today I had an encounter with Magda whom was extremely rude, had me wait over 10 minutes because she was helping a NEW employee. She said I needed to wait because I was young and there was a new employee. After waiting so long she started saying things under her breath and got another costumer involved. The customer started calling me names and Magda found it to be funny, at the end, I left and did not buy anything, I will be writing to corporate as well. The employees think they own the place, little do they know they are easily REPLACED

This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been serviced by. I have my prescriptions there and it is always a nightmare to pick them up. The drive thru is terribly slow and the cars pile up to a long line. They are not courteous at all to even inform customers of the many employees roaming around.I am crazy to leave this pharmacy and I will. I rather deal with CVS.
